can someone please tell me if theyre also having trouble with the download page i can not get anything to download it signs me back out right away and as soon as I resign in it said i'm downloading too fast.

It's just what it says, you're downloading too much - there is a daily limit and I think perhaps you've reached it.
I think.

I don't know why you'd be being signed out, but I think you've just downloaded as much as your allowed today and will have to wait 24h for the next lot.

Can you also make sure to put 'help' in the right forum section and with a descriptive title ^^

l believe the daily limit is set at 50meg (this is so we can conserve bandwidth and also so we can try and stop "hit and run" users who only come to download and leave)

however if is another problem please let us know the following:

Are there any errors? (sometimes white pages with errors resulting from code, other times the header will be messed up with some random text)

another idea would be to clean cache of your browser, maybe the cookie is crupting somewhere along the lines or your browsers security is set a little high, or if your like myself (l use firefox) have addons that block certain things on sites that arnt in a trusted zone.

(please if possible elaborate on the problem and if possible let us know how to recreate the problem if your doing something different etc)

That is an unusual problem. I would recommend first ensuring that your browser can accept cookies. If it does and you are using Internet Explorer (especially version 7 which is known to have problems with some scripts) I would recommend trying a different browser like Firefox

Other than that there is not a lot I can suggest as nobody else has reported this problem.

I believe that was a symptom, not a co-incidence. Ai is working (feverishly for very little recognition and thanks - Thank you again, ai!) on getting it all fixed so that it once again looks the way it should.
