I have heard of the nerve association of genitals with buttocks and I believe it is quite true. I think it's impossible to guess what percentage of people would be turned on by a spanking...

Personally I believe that to get pleasure or arousal from a spanking you have to have a mental mindset for it...I'm saying that the excitement of being 'punished' or submitting to a spanking in general excites some people, however for others it might just be horrifying, creating a mental block to pleasure. Spanking can be very painful and that definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea. While other kinds of touches or stimulation to someone's posterior may be arousing, it doesn't mean slaps and such would be too. So...I think it takes a lot more than the pure physical potential, it most likely takes a good amount of mental excitement to get pleasure from spankings.

But that's just my uniformed opinion. ^^;

Agreeing it's impossible to calculate a percentage.

As already mentioned in the first post about if people gave it a try - so many won't. Lots of people would deny. They could take polls and they'd be extremely inaccurate because of people in denial. xD
