Children of Rapture

It was morning but the room where Sandy was, was still dark just a little lamp was illuminating her desk. She had sneaked out to get a newspaper. Rapture prophet. On the title site was an article about Sander Cohen the famous Artist of Rapture. He was kinda crazy sometimes but Sandy liked his work. Sometimes she sneaked out to visit some of his shows.

Her room was rather small and just a bed and a wardrobe was in it. A little desk stood in it and the walls were covered with drawings and posters. Sandy wasn´t a normal child. She was born and raised in that very laboratory were she lived now.

The Big Daddy awakens from his rest to do what he does best. But in the mean time, he travels the halls in search of the little sisters. He bangs on their spawn points but none seem to show, not even Sandy. Frustrated by not finding anyone, he slowly walks back to the lab, keeping lookout for any sisters.

Sandy listened. Those heavy footsteps were well known. She smiled and laid the newspaper down and rushed out. The scientists and workers from the lab knew who was there. Sandy sneaked out and took one of the spawn points to get to her Big Daddy. As she slipped out she saw him and jumped on him. " Hello Big Daddy."

Having finally found Sandy, the Big Daddy was somewhat relieved. Her jumping on him caught him off guard a little since he didn't see her coming. He speaks back saying hello in his language. He then places her on the ground and the two walk together on their way back together, the Big Daddy holding her left hand to keep Sandy close by while his other hand remaining on his blaster rifle.

Sandy smiled. " So what have you been up to? Shouting down some Splicers?" she chuckled. " I had to stay inside. Thay caught me last time I wanted to sneak out to go and see Cohen Sander´s newest show." she said a bit pouty.

The two continue to walk down the hallway. "the usual daily routine sandy" the big daddy explains. "you shouldn't be roaming the halls, its dangerous. any splicer that gets its hands on you will try and destroy you if it gets the chance." the big daddy stops, hearing voices of scientists down the hall. luckily, there's a spawn point a few feet away. "get in" as the big daddy picks up sandy. "i dont want the scientists to see you roaming the halls, you'll get yourself in real trouble."

But Sandy shook her head. " Aww..You forget that I have some powers!" she said and used telekinesis on a nearby gascontainer. " You see. I can cope with the splicers and those nasty scientists." she chuckled

(this might seem odd, but once you play more of bioshock, you'll understand my post)

"im impressed that your getting better with what little powers you have." the noise from the gas container falling speeds up the sounds of the footsteps. "you've got to be a little more stealthy with your powers though sandy." the big daddy places his blaster on the holster on his back, grabs sandy with one hand, retreats, noticing a few poles, shoots an ice wave with his other hand, freezing the path so the scientists cant get through. "you should go back to the lab for now. i'll work on hacking a few turrets and cameras, so that you dont get spotted and attacked. i'll swing by at another spawn point later to take you to one of cohen's events."

Sandy sighed but obeyed for now. She hugged the Big daddy and waited that he disappeared. Then she went back to the lab choosing to test those scientists a bit. "That seems fun" so she walked up behind them and chuckled. " Having a nice walk?"

sandy used her psychic powers to turn a barrel of water over, causing the scientists to slip and fall. her chuckles lead to them finding her in the background. "you!!" one of them announces. "lets get her" the other says as they both charge for sandy.
