Commander Hallain looked out over the expanse of camp holding the Kings great Northern Army, eyes noticing every detail, he frowned as he noticed a cloaked figure creep through the camp towards the supply tents, gesturing for his party to follow he moved to capture them.
At his nod men and wolves surrounded the tent and waited while he pulled back the flap and went inside.

A young female rested in tree. She was trying to figure out how exactly to get to where she needed to be without being seen. Lithe hands moved up, adjusting the cloak and pulling the hood over her head. Pointed ears perked up, hearing the men around. Luckily for her she was quick. She needed some kind of advantage, if that's what you'd like to call it. The young elf easily jumped down, running into a nearby tent. Little did she know that she was about to be caught. She thought she would have lasted a while longer. Blue eyes peered around the area, searching for something. Something very important. If she could find this one thing she would just need to bring it back to her friends and everything would work out.

Shaking her head, she glanced at the opening before her. Her body moved quietly, small fingers wrapping around the tent's door. She glanced outside for a moment, much to her dismay. "Damn." She hissed, releasing the door and backing up into the tent. She wasn't going to go outside quite yet. It would be easier to take the enemy out if they came in one by one. However, one man entered. She blinked, looking up at him. She didn't say a word. Simply sat there, reaching behind her to grab her dagger.

Commander Hallain turned his purple eyes on the small form of the intruder "Hold thief, if you draw on me it will not go well for you." he said hands on the hilts of his short swords "Show your face and tell me why you are here."

The young female blinked, releasing the dagger. Her hands drew up, signaling defeat. Though she had not finished yet. She would get her away...eventually. Small hands moved to her hood, moving it away from her face. Mid-length, black hair ran down her back, her bangs covering one of her eyes. The free one, blue. She stared up at the man, smiling. "I am here because I was tired. I needed a place to stay for the night."

Commander Hallain raised an eyebrown in surprise "You are an elf, the elves abandoned the Northlands after the breaking of Sevrenivar." He said, leaving out that it was his King, Beren and the Royal Army that sacked the city in the first place "Half truth, not your reason for coming." He stated, purple magic glittering in the air "The supply tent is also not the place to sleep, the whole truth if you please child." he told her firmly.

The lithe female blinked. She wasn't sure why he was so surprised. After being kicked out of her home she needed to live somehow. This was how she lived now. Her people were not fans of the man's King, or many other people for that matter. For now, they trusted no one. Crossing her arms over her chest, she rose up. No matter how she stood, her height didn't compare to the man before her. Her head moved around, staring at the magic in the air. She assumed it was his doing. "It is the truth. You see, my little city was destroyed. I'm lucky if I find a supply tent to sleep in, don't you think, sir?"

"Are you alone, are there more of you elsewhere?" Commander Hallain asked "I won't have you sleeping in here, Come with me, I'll find you somewhere else to sleep."

Jezmine looked at the man with confusion. She hadn't expected that response. This man seemed like the type that would kill her on the spot, perhaps torture her. That must have been it. Shaking her head, she sat on the ground. "No, there aren't any others. I've come alone. And I don't want to leave the tent. I'll stay here."

"No you won't, you are going to come with me, one way or another." Commander Hallain said "I'm not going to harm you."

Jezmine's head quickly shook again. "No. I'm staying here." She wasn't trusting. She needed to know someone for quite some time before actually trusting them with something as small as a spoon. "How do I know you won't harm me?"
