Lunchtime.

It was definatly the best time of the day, at least it was to seventeen year old Chris. It was the only period of the day that he didn't have to stretch his mind, as if he ever did that. Uusually he slept through his clsses anyways.

Chris entered the lunchroom tiredly, searching for an open table. He wasn't tall but nor short either. Just average with a medium build and blonde hair that hung just a little below his eyebrows. He wasn't a overly strong boy, far from weak but not muscular. He wore a pair of tighter black jeans and a white and red t-shirt.

He was a pretty popular boy who didn't compete in many school activities. He didn't get out all that much, only hanging out with his friends. He was attractive though. Not the rugged kind. He had an almost feminine look to him, something which he personally hated but many females enjoyed.

The boy yawned as he sat down at one of the lunchtables and laid his head down tiredly.

"I hate school..."

Katie sat at the end of that table, a green eyed redhead with pale creamy skin set off even more by the burgundy sundress she wore.. She liked Chris, but she always thought he could use some sort of motivation in his life. She grinned and playfully tossed a tater tot at his head.

The piece of potatoe hit his head with a thud and he looked up, smiling lightly at Katie. They'd been friends for a long time, she was one of the few he really enjoyed hanging out with a lot. He stood and moved over to sit across from her, "I'm so damn tired." He muttered as he put his head in his hands.

He yawned a bit and chuckled, "Didn't get to sleep til late, I guess." He shrugged.

He chuckled a nodded. Although he was older than Katie, she'd always had a habit of scolding him for things and even putting him in his place at times. "I know." He stretched and yawned once more, "So, what're we doing in cooking class next period?"
