Neal was currently sitting on Peters couch, staring at his hands. His head still hurt a little from being drugged, but other then that he was okay. He wasn't sure he would be much longer though, Peter was defiantly not happy with him, and unless he was surely going to send him back to jail this time, unless he didn't plan on killing him first that is. But no, Elizabeth probably wouldn't let Peter kill the young man that had become some kind of son for her and her husband. She didn't look all to happy at the moment either though...

Peter started running up and down in front of Neal, like he always did when he was angry and upset. He shot short glances at him that wasn't some of the nice kind. Elizabeth stood on the wall, her arms crossed. "Neal, what the hell did you think?!", Peter finally started to break the silence. He really seemed upset and it was clearly to see that he would do something because of what happened.

"Look, Peter... It really wasn't my fault... We really needed the evidence, and my plan was pretty good, very good actually, it was just that that stupid dick of a doctor was a real pain in the ass and if he had just gone with Moz like he was supposed to then everything would have went fine!" Neal started explaining.

"Yeah but he didn't went with Moz and nothing went fine! He gave you drugs and you put yourself in danger and also the FBI! If they had found out that we where searching for some evidence to get them into jail before I found you, he could have just destructed all the important files! Not to mention how I should explain what happened to you!", Peter said, not really showing that Neal had worried him a lot.

"Look, Peter, I'm sorry, okay? What more do you want me to say?" Neal asked, looking up at the man. "And my planes usually work! I mean, it's a reason it took so long for you to catch me. And every thing is okay now, so you really don't have anything to be so upset about"

"Neal, my husband really tried to be patient with you and he really tries to trust you, but you're not making it an easy thing for him", Elizabeth scolded lightly.

"I don't want you to say anything. But I'll make sure that you won't do such a thing again! El, please leave us alone", Peter said and looked at his wife. Elizabeth went over to him, gave him a kiss and nodded. "Okay, see you later", she said and went upstairs.

Neal looked a little bit like a lost puppy when Elizabeth scolded him and looked down when Peter started talking. Here it comes. Back to jail, bye bye Neal.

Peter looked at Neal, thoughtful. Should he offer what he had in mind? "Neal, we both know that you don't want to be back in jail, and I want you to be back in jail because you're very useful for the FBI. So I'll make an offer: I'll not tell anybody what happened, but you'll get another punishment from me", he started.

Neal looked up at Peter, slightly hopeful. "Punishment?" He asked, slightly uncertain. "Like what? Do all of your paperwork for a month?" God, he really hated paperwork, but he guessed it was better then jail...

"No, don't worry. For me, you acted like a little kid. I told you not to do something and you did it though. That is behaviour of a little kid Neal. And if you behave like a little kid I should treat you like one and give you a punishment that a little kid would get for misbehaving.", Peter said, hoping his partner would get what he meant.
