Sergeant Mark Cole and his squad had been on war games when the virus had gone national, he had grabbed every trooper he could find and started moving back towards HQ as fast as he could.

Right now he and three others were sweeping an abandoned school for survivors.

(Thank you for making the thread and hopefully my reply was alright)

What is so good about schools? What is so truely good about schools?

Was written into a simple notebook by a young female. She is wearing blue denim shorts and black trainers with a white v-neck...well, it was white. A few, mostly dry, blood stains can be seen on the v-neck. Another thing the girl is wearing are a pair of black gloves that doesn't cover any of her fingers. But two things noticeable about the female are A) the handgun on her lap and B) a small notepad that she seem to be writing in.

There are so many rooms to hide in. Maybe I should soon head to the cafeteria, last thing I want is to stave...maybe that was what those "things" thought when attacking the people. What could of made people turn into such bloodthirsty "things" I wonder?

After writing down those words the girl closed the pad before making sure that her gun isn't out of ammo. Afterwards the brunette looked out towards the door, so far the headmaster's office has been a good place to hide...but for how long?

Sergeant Cole and a rookie Private Davis were sweeping the west side of the school room by room, he gestured for the other man to cover and opened the Headmasters office door.

The female barely heard the footsteps and each door being opened so by the time the door, to the office she's inside of, was open the girl was prepared. When the door was opened she held out her gun, aimming directly between Private Davis' eyes, she was prepared to shoot him if the male made any movement...but it seemed that the girl was only prepared for that one person she was pointing the gun at. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" she asked, not fully aware that somebody else could be nearby.

Sergeant Cole snatched her gun out of her hands and flicked the safety on "Sergeant Cole and Private Davis, C Company, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Dagwood Volunteers."

She was massively surprised when Cole snatched the gun from her hands but managed to listen to his words. After hearing his words the female glanced away for a moment before looking back at him "okay, Cole, what are you two doing here?" Her tone didn't sound overall friendly but at the moment she isn't sure on who to trust at the moment.

She took her time to listen to the words that Cole spoke of and took a few seconds to think of an answer to his question. "Fine, I'll come with you..." after saying that the girl held her hand out "now, will you give me back my gun." It might have been a question but the tone of her voice wasn't requesting her weapon, but demanding the return of her firearm.

The girl didn't look fully amused by the male's answer. But after hearing his words she spoke "what test, Cole?" Again she spoke quite rudely when saying his name...maybe not a wise move.
