Moving In With Older Brother

14-year-old Justin sighed as he got out of the taxi, grabbing his suitcase from the trunk. After the death of his mother he had been sent to live with his only living relative, an older brother he barely knew.

Justin had been in trouble a lot recently, having fallen in with a bad crowd. He smoked, did pot, stayed out late, and held no respect for anyone. His grades were also poor, when he bothered to go to school at all.

As the taxi pulled away Justin looked around, pushing his long, dark hair out of his eyes. He was naturally thin and lanky, with a boyish cast to his face that made people often think he was a year or so younger then he was. He wore ragged bluejeans and a black shirt and jacket with metal studs, and black polish on each fingernail.

Jason, a 21 year old boy was waiting for his brother impatiently. He was a bit nervous, because he had no experience with children and neither with teenager.

As he had heard of his mothers death, he had thought of how to raise his brother. He managed to give him one normal sized room for his own and he decided that he would change him. Because his mother was too easy on Justin, he was out of control, that was what Jason heard from the teachers as he informed them all.

As Jason noticed the taxi, his blue eyes started watching it. He sighed and went to the door to be prepared, going through his black hair with his hands.

Justin walked up to the door and knocked. "Hey Jason, it's me!" He shouted. "Ya here or what?"

Once the door opened he barged past the man without even so much as a hello. "Just show me where to put my shit. I gotta date tonight, so don't wait up for me."

The one good thing about all this, Justin thought, was that he hadn't had to relocate very far. He could still see his friends (who were just as charming as he), and his girlfriend Alice.

Jason locked the door behind him and sighed. "Nice to see you too", he commented. "Because you'll live here from now on, you'll have to learn some rules. I'll not tolerate you going out all night, skipping school or doing drugs and other shit. If you talkback to me or act bratty, you'll be punished, as well as if you don't mind your curfew", he told him sternly, wanting to make everything clear right from the beginning. "Things have changed Justin, I'm in charge now and I intend to make a acceptable young man out of you"

Justin simply shrugged. "Whatever..." After he was shown his room he tossed his suitcase on the bed and opened it. His clothes appeared to come in only to colors, black and plaid.

"Fuck, I'm dying for a cigarette." He said, taking a pack out of his pocket along with a lighter. He then lit up and started to smoke, not caring at all that Jason could see him.

Jason took the cigarettes and the lighter from him, as well as the one cigarette that he was smoking. "You'll not smoke, especially not in my flat", he ordered sternly.

"Hey!" Justin reached for the cigarette. "Who the fuck do you think you are?" He stood and tried to snatch his smokes back. "Give me them godamnit!"

"You'll not swear and you'll not talk to me like this, and you'll not smoke! And I am your older brother who is in charge, that's who I am and if you don't accept it the easy way, you'll have to learn it the hard one", Jason snapped at him.

"Fuck you!" Justin shouted, taking a swing at his older brother but failing to connect. "I'll do whatever the hell I want and nobody, especially not you, is gonna stop me!"

He grabbed his suitcase and started to walk out. "Fuck this, I'll sleep at the bus station!"

Jason calmly followed him, picked him easily up and sat down with him bend over his knees. Then, he quickly bared the boy's bottom and started spanking him.
