Inpromtu Kanojo (For Shadowlight)

It was just another night at Takashi's apartment as he was in the middle of cooking dinner. He was making homemade Miso ramen with sliced chicken and sprouts. He was a great cook for he was strictly taught by his mother how to cook before moving out to live on his own to start his fist year of college. He was living the college life, he was on his own with a part time job, he has very cute girlfriend who was only a year younger than him and in her last year of high school. The moment they met they hit it off. It was as if they were destined to be together. After only a couple of months of dating they truly solidified their relationship. He loved spending time with her and hated when they had to depart. He truly wished she lived with him.

Nayla Omaki had to fight tears as she rushed down the sidewalk, sick of having to live with her constantly argueing parents and she knew exacly where to go. Her boyfriend Takashi lived nearby and she knew that she could depend on him for giving her a place to stay. They where close so she had no fear that he would turn her down. Blinded by her tears she managed to stumble up the steps and toward the door which she hesitantly knocked on, suddenly nervous even when she knew Takashi loved her.

[Komuro]

Takashi was startled by the sudden knocking on his door. He takes the ramen off the stove and goes to the door. He peaks through the peep hole and is surprised to see it was his girlfriend. He quickly opens the door. "Nayla? What a pleasant surprise-" he notices her tears. He was first happy to see her but now he was concerned. "What's wrong? What happened?"

[Shadowlight]

Nayla tried to dry her eyes when she heard his concern but she was just too upset so she just hugged him instead. "My parents are fighting again and I'm sick of it! Can I stay here with you until Dad finds him a new job?" the girl answered pulling away.

[Komuro]

Takashi imediately wrapped his arms around her when she threw herself into him. She explains herself and he sighs for he knew about this for awhile. Every time she mentioned it she looked soo depressed and not it seems she just couldn't take it. She asks if she could live with him and of course, being understanding, he nods "Yes dear, come in. Have you eaten yet? I just finished making dinner." he offered as he let her in, close the door behind.

[Shadowlight]

"oh thank you! You don't know how much it means to me." Nayla replied as she walked in and then added quickly "no they where fighting too much to make dinner."

[Komuro]

Takashi sighed and shook his head that. "Unbelievable... well go sit down and I'll serve you." he told her then went back into the kitchen. He made two bowls of the Ramen and brought them to the table. "I made miso ramen with pan fried chicken. What would you like to drink?" he asked.

Nayla did as she was asked and as he returned with the food and asked her what she wanted to drink she replied "water is fine. Thanks."

Takashi went and got what she wanted as well as got what he wanted which was iced green tea. He joins her at the table and thanks for the food before digging in.

Nayla followed his lead on giving thanks then began to eat as well, surprised slightly at how hungry she was once she had began eating and she hadn't been too hungry upon arrival.
