Physical description: Orion is tall, very tall actually at 6’ 3” tall, and though he has a thin frame it’s packed with toned muscles that made him more than a match for most when he was still human. He has the lithe body of a born predator and he practically exudes an aura of ‘Don’t fuck with me’ which most people take to heart, avoiding him like the plague. His hair is shoulder length and usually worn in a low ponytail secured at the nape of his neck by a black leather cord, its coloration is light gray. His eyes are the things that stand out the most, appearing almost like liquid mercury save for when he is angry and then they tend to flash red. Upon first sight people tend to get the impression that Orion is blind due to the way that his eyes look and he does nothing to dissuade them from thinking this, mainly because he doesn’t care enough to bother. Typically Orion dresses in black but this is more practical than style since it is useful to be able to blend into the shadows and remain anonymous, which is how he likes it.
Personality: Orion comes across as cold and calculating and that is the way that he likes it. He is also manipulative but does it in such a manner that the ones that he is seeking to manipulate often never even know what happened even after they have bent to his will. Solitary by nature he tends to keep to himself unless absolutely forced to interact with others and then he often shows his disdain for them quite openly. There are some that he deems tolerable but they are few and far between. There is a somewhat softer side to the man that is buried so deep that there really is no way to know what it would take to bring it out. The man has a superiority complex that is unrivaled, deeming most living creatures useless be they human, shifter, vampire, or other preternatural creatures, and he demands excellence from anyone that he has dealings with and will accept no less. There is a softer side to him that few people get to experience but for the one that manages to become close he can be gentle and caring though his dominant personality still manages to shine through even then.
History: No one knows if Orion is actually born of nobility, the title Lord was giving to him by other shifters, though he does have a decidedly regal bearing about him. One of the few truly ancient ones he is not revered so much as feared among the preternatural. Not much is really known about his past and that’s the way that Orion likes it and asking questions about it is a sure fire way to get on his bad side. Of course there are many ways to get on his bad side and very few ways to get on his good side. Most would argue that said good side does not even exist. There is a reason for his lack of social interaction but that’s another of his closely guarded secrets, this involving the loss of someone that was very important to him and something that he hasn’t healed from even after many centuries have passed.
