The Behavior Reform school was the first, and best of it's kind, built on a small chain of islands. the school, and dorms were built on one island, well the various other buildings had grown over the years, a small strip mall, Rec center, and other such buildings were on another island.

Each student, between the ages of 6 to 15, were assigned a "mentor" who acted as there "guardian" taking care of them. as such, these Mentors were the primary agents for the school. The 'students' were sent to the school as an alternative to other such punishments.

The Sentences tended to last about 3 years, doing which time they were required to maintain good grades, but if anything fell below the schools fairly high (but fair) standards, the primary means of Displine were spankings. which was why the school had a nice reputation among the people who had graduated.

One child in particular, a 9-year old boy named Will, was quite the troublemaker at the school. He had messy, deep-brown hair, always wore shorts that sagged just the slightest bit, had black eyes, and wore mostly dark t-shirts. He was a lot smarter than most kids, which was usually the source of his superiority complex that got him into so much trouble.

He was spanked regularly, to the point where the sorry excuses for punishments did little to him. He was "invincible," if you will, to the effects of them. From the usual teachers anyway. So one night, he lie awake in his bed, nightlight on, and mirror moved down so he could look at his pinkish backside. His most recent spanking gave his cheeks an interesting rose color. He sometimes gave it a good smack to make sure it didn't hurt, which it never did.

His Mentor was Sarah, a 24 year old collage student who was training to become a teacher. she had dark red hair and blue eye's, a strong figure and a warm smile. she was firm but fair. today she sat waiting for the boat with her new charge to arrive.

Will fell asleep by the time the moon was in the middle of the sky, so he slept theough the rest of te short journey. What awoke him was the feeling of the waves. Since the boat was constantly moving, he had never felt the waves move it back and forth. Looking outside his small porthole, he saw LAND! Finally! "I can't stand this boat...Finally we're here." He said, gathering up his stuff and waiting for boat staff to lead him off to the place to meet his mentor.

Will looked at the floor, holding his bags with his stringy arms. "Hi..." He said simply, more unhappy with this whole situation than shy. This girl didn't look too promising to him, which was very obvious from his behaviour.

Will offered a nod, not moving at all after. He really wanted this woman to know he despised his situation. "...No." He finally replied, arms still crossed.

"Will." Sarah said pausing after a few steps. "I trust you know that your here to be punished. I suggest you don't push it." Sarah warned.

Will growled in response. "Don't suggest to me how I should act. My actions are mine alone." He said quietly. As young as he was, his vocabulary and way of thinking was more mature than he seemed.
