I only take sub roles in RP, not IRL... Although turn-around is fair play and I've put up (without pleasure) with the occasional revenge scenario for my partners sake - usually followed by counter-overpowering them and reasserting control as part of it.

I am starting to get anggry now WHY arre my comments not showing??!?!?!? Why did the moderator disapprove of it!?!?!?

Anyway... I am a hetro MALE SWITCH I like to spank and be spanked.

Interesting side note I once got into trouble for assuming all girls wanted to be spanked, which I personally felt I didn't :S I was just asking how to get into spanking rp politely. This was on another webspace not animeotk ^^ (in this persons defense she was having issues with everyone assuming she was a spankee)

I kind of want a spanking robot to spank me ^^' aswell I have weird fantasies to dominate and be dominated.

Rather than get angry at the enormous conspiracy against you, could you please quantify it?
With the exception of video/story downloads no area of the site needs mod-approval of posts or comments. There are no unapproved or spam-filtered forum posts in the admin queue (and spam-filtering is computerised serverside regardless, it's not a human/mod who places posts in statis).

I don't know what your grievances are, but I suggest from the tools I can see they would appear to be at your end. Whatever isn't appearing, wherever it isn't appearing, doesn't seem to have been recieved by the site from the information available.

And yeah I have seen billby13's art on deviantart it is quite cool, I personally not a fan of the skinny boddy knee breaking boobs design of some of the characters find it a tad unrealistic, But then again it is her art style which is still well drawn and I like it.

I've had very limited IRL spanking experience (Dungeon 101 at a BDSM club in a city I lived in one summer, while doing an internship), so this all comes with a grain of salt.

I generally view myself as a switch who leans top. I prefer switching, I could see myself content as an exclusive top, but I don't think I'd be happy as an exclusive bottom.

Nothing gets me hot and bothered faster than seeing the tables turned, then turned again, and so on. Maybe it's a revenge spanking, maybe partner A broke a rule, so partner B spanks them, and then a few days later partner B broke a rule, so partner A spanks them. Or maybe, person A goes to spank person B, but person B is having none of that and manages to overpower A.

In fantasy, this means that my preferred pairing is F/F. The only male body I'm interested in is my own. In fantasy, I also love uncertainty, i.e. not knowing which person, Alice or Bob, is going to end up over the other's knee. Obviously IRL that kind of uncertainty can be risky, and is best done only between two experienced players who know each other very very very well, if it's done at all. But in fantasy...

I think that might be what draws me to video games with spanking content. They have the potential to introduce a level of randomness that you really don't see in any other mediums, with the possible exception of internet rps.

It's funny you say that, Antares, because for me at least, it's not that far from the truth. Relationships with an imbalance of power make me very uncomfortable to the point that it interferes with my fantasies. And to me, only one partner getting spanked is the height of power imbalance.

It's particularly annoying when I'm browsing Blushing Books. 98% of those stories are "girl's life is falling apart. Sexy man shows up, takes her in hand and tries to straighten her out with loving but firm discipline. Girl struggles, but eventually submits to his guidance because he's a Man and Men know what they're doing." Not that there's anything wrong with that kind of fantasy. In fact, I can even enjoy a few so long as it's well written and doesn't get too heavy with the whole "the Man is in control because he's a Man and Men are awesome." But it's not really my thing, in the same way that tickling isn't really my thing.

However, it's very very hard to find "two way" domestic discipline stories, and I've looked. Most spanking stories that I've found have a distinct spanker and a distinct spankee.

I'd love to see a story where Alice sort of has her act together, but she falls short in a few places, and Belinda sort of has her act together, but she falls short in a few places. The two meet, argue, fall in love(or not. They could just be good friends), support each other, fight each other, and spank each other.

AotK is fortunate to have a very strong mix of all tastes and a good mix of Doms, subs and switches.

We don't appear to have a strongly defined gender ratio either in members or in content pairings either.
More identified males than females - but thats normal for the internet, females tend to disclose their gender less often but not to a large or overwhelming majority. 60/40 for the most part.

The most common pairing is, unsuprisingly, F/F. That covers about 50% of our total artwork the last time I actually went and counted the total uploads for a month sometime in 2011 and I've seen nothing to suggest trends have changed. This is quickly followed by F/M, M/F and M/M in that order with M/M being the least posted.

In terms of pageviews and average comments however, with the exception of star-status stuff like Cc (Who eclipses every other artist with her picture/comment ratio. Her pictures seemingly have so much attention-grabbing pull I'm surprised they don't have an event horizon) or Mina... roughly speaking all the artwork here has roughly the same number of pageviews per hour and F/F artists don't get regularly more comments than M/M ones comparitive to other works posted on the same day.

We also seem to have a very easy and restful intermingling of child character spanking and adult/sexy/bdsm theme artists. Pretty much every other spanking site (art based or not art based) on the internet has one or the other with the polarised communities simply driving the other off as obviously as they can.

I have an unpublished 5 part semi-domestic story of logders who spank each other in a switch relationship - but its framed with a Domme landlady who also spanks them both. Thematically I was going for a sexy consensual discipline story rather than and erotic-masochism rather than focusing on the aspect of the two switches relationship. Frankly the landlady coming in and spanking them both at the end of at least two of the stories is a complete Tolkienesque "The eagles are coming!" Get-Out-Of-Plot-Free Card.
