The Alola region is made of up four natural islands and one artificial island. it is a popular resort destination and attracts a lot of tourists from other regions.

In Alola, humans and Pokémon coexist in a very close relationship, and a culture has developed that is different from other regions.

So when Rodrigo went to a faraway region called "Kanto",he was in shock at the differences!

On Rodrigo's home, certain Pokemon adapted to life on differing territories,evolving differently-which also made Rodrigo completly confused about those "Gyms",so different from the Island Challenge.And about the Pokemon that are common on any region but Alola,that Rodrigo thinks are really rare!

Raichu is Rodrigo's main partner,even though he has more Pokemon on his team.

Raichu and Rodrigo keep an eye and take care of each other.And if one is naughty,he goes over the other's lap for a good bum bum warming,followed by sometime on the naughty chair!

Rodrigo and Raichu soon arrived on one of those "Gyms". They were naughty that morning,training a tad too much,but after a long rest,Raichu decided to remind Rodrigo about each other's mischief at bedtime-for they both were SO excited on knowing this new region!

Why only Rodrigo forgot they were naughty and not Raichu?Because,on Alola....Raichus are part Psychic! Having a mental bond with her trainer,Raichu decided to hide it untill bedtime,to not worry Rodrigo and ruin their entire day with fear of their soon to come red bum bums!

"We're here,Raichu." Rodrigo told his Eletric/Psychic partner as she floated by his side,using her tail as a surf board. "Are you curious about this place too?" he then asked, as he knocked on the door....

Raichu nodded at her trainer. "Yeah. This is my first time in this gym. And I can't wait to see what else is in store!" She said.

As he knocked on the door, a big burly man opens it up, having dirty blonde hair and military gear on. "Eh?"

"Hi!Raichu and I came to see this Gym and how it works.We traveled from a region far away from here named Alola!" Rodrigo told the man,smiling.

"Alola eh..? Never heard of it. Is that a..Raichu?" He asked as he examined it more closely.

"Yeah,it is a Raichu.All Raichu are like her,right,partner?" Rodrigo said,looking at Raichu as well.

The man blinked at them. Then busted into laughter. "Hate to break it to ya. But you couldn't be more wrong. My protégé has a Raichu as well. In fact, he was MY partner for a little while before I retired." He said. "Oh. My name is Surge by the way."

Nero was doing push-ups as he was called. The young boy was dressed exactly like Surge. Except Nero had a bandage wrapped around his tummy. Something raichu gave the boy the spanking of his life for!

"Almost done!" He said.
