The Leon and the Ritsukos (For Nero)

[LeonTekashi]

It is now the month of July, month has past since Leon Tekashi have moved into the Ritsuko Household. It took him a while to completely settled in but now he's completely fine. Since then, Leon continued completing quests to raise money for not only himself and the Ritsukos, but for his little sister, Noel Tekashi, who is still at the Tekashi household due to reasons she won't explain. As he's doing these quests, he's accompanied by the Ritsukos, Rin, Nero, and Lani. Out of the three, Rin accompanies Leon on these quests while she does her own quests, which normally involves cleaning or being a maid for someone for the day. The reason that she accompanies Leon a lot is so that she can help him with the quests he takes on so that Leon won't have to push himself too hard and to make sure he's safe.

Today, it's Leon's day off from working on quests as Rin insisted that he takes some time off every now and then to relax. However, Leon wished to train on his swordsmanship, which Rin was okay with as long as he doesn't go overboard. With that said, Leon is currently on the front yard of the Ritsuko household, training diligently in his swordsmanship while Nero is out somewhere and both Rin and Lani are preparing lunch.

Leon stopped swinging is left tachi with his right hand as he wiped his brow with his left arm while looking up at the nice, blue sky.

"Sure is a nice day to train." Leon stated.

He then smelled the air and found the scent of food.

"I wonder what Rin and Lani are cooking for today's lunch."

[NeroKun]

Nero has then traded his swords for a Bow and Arrow. He was practicing his precision and Kanji ability to manipulate the arrow to whatever direction he chooses.

He pauses and smells the air. "Smells Lani's special stew."

[LeonTekashi]

Leon turned around and noticed Nero, who he didn't notice until just now.

"Special stew? I don't think I ever had this special stew." Leon stated.

He then sheathed his left tachi and then walked up to Nero.

"What kind of stew is it?" He then asked.

[NeroKun]

Nero gave a smile. "Only the best soup of all of Tokyo!" He said as he ran into the house.

[LeonTekashi]

Leon let out a sweatdrop from hearing Nero's comment as he feels that Nero just contradicted himself in regards to what Lani is making. He simply shrugged his shoulders and followed Nero inside the house. Leon followed the scent, which led to the kitchen, where both Nero, Rin, and Lani are located.

"Once again, the food you guys are cooking smells good." Leon said as he continued to smell the scent of the food that's cooking on the stove.

[NeroKun]

Lani looks back and smiles. "Just in time. The stew is almost ready! And thank you, Rin showed me how to make it!"

[LeonTekashi]

Leon nodded.

"Alright then. I'll put down my tachis and wash up then." He said as he went to his bedroom.

There, he unbuckled the two belts attached to his pants that's holding his two tachis on his sides and put all of that to the corner of his room. Afterwards, he left his bedroom and went to the bathroom, where he turned on the faucet and began washing his hand. As he's doing it, he began to think to himself.

"Hard to believe that it's been a month since I've moved in here." Leon said to himself in his mind.

"I'm still surprised that they've completely accepted me into their family."

Leon then turned off the faucet and turned around, where there's a towel rack that's holding a towel. He began to dry his hands with said towel.

"Well, since they're like family to me now, I should continue to look after then." He then said as he got out of the bathroom and went back to the kitchen.

When he arrived, he noticed that Lani and Rin are dishing out food for everyone while Nero was already sitting down, waiting for the delicious food while drooling a little. Leon turned to Nero and let out a sweatdrop.

"Uh.. Nero? You might want to clean your mouth before you flood the table with your drool." He said.

[NeroKun]

"He's right Nero-kun. You know the rules." Rin gently scolded him, causing the boy to frown.

"Aww!" He whined as he left to left to the bathroom to go wash his hands.

Lani gave a nod and looks at Leon. "Good. Now lets see those hands."

[LeonTekashi]

Leon showed Lani both of his hands, from the front and the back. While Lani is younger than both Leon and Rin, but older than Nero slightly, she's practically the mother of the Ritsukos as she normally does things a mother would do, such as cooking food, cleaning, paying the bills, and doing the laundry. Although, Rin helps out as she mainly assists Lani while sometimes taking over for her when she has to do something.

"Alright. Are these hands clean enough for you?" Leon asked Lani.

[NeroKun]

Lani gave an approving nod. "Good. Now you're ready for your soup!" She said as Rin sets some ice water next to him.
