The Little Fox's New Owners (for CleverFox)

Early one afternoon, in the quiet suburb of Pawprint Meadows, Adam and Mary Summers sat comfortably in their living room, with Adam in his armchair beside the fire, casually reading his newspaper and Mary sat on the sofa quietly knitting, both smiling to themselves as they awaited the arrival of a very important delivery. You see, they had recently gone through the process of purchasing a pet for themselves, that they expected to be arriving any minute now. However, the pet in question wasn't a dog, a cat or even a guinea pig, it was a little fox girl, that had been sent to the their city from the Anthro Isles, alongside all of the other anthro orphan girls.

This peculiar arrangement had begun twenty years ago, when the anthro nations of the world began experiencing a massive surge in overpopulation, no longer possessing the resources to sustain their uncontrollable numbers. However, at that years UN summit, an alternative proposal was brought forward by the ambassadors of the human civilisations. Due to the fact that many humans had already made a habit of keeping animals as pets, the various human representatives suggested that all anthro females without parents of legal guardians up to the age of fifteen, should be sent to the various human settlements around the world, where the residents would be able to purchase these young girls and keep them as their pets.

Whilst the idea was seen as a little unorthodox, the UN soon agreed, putting the 'Little Pet Act' into national law, requiring all girls living in an anthro orphanage to be shipped off to the various human cities and towns, where they would be placed in special orphanages called 'kennels' to await purchase by a human family. As expected, this was a huge hit with the citizens of the human civilisations, with it taking only a couple of months for nearly every home in the country to have at least one little anthro girl. However, it was also quickly discovered that many of the little anthro girls had a bit of a naughty streak, usually getting up to all kinds of mischief without the watchful eye of their new owners. As such, the humans decided to employ an old fashioned, but effective method of discipline, wherein every time their little pets misbehaved in even the slightest way, they would find themselves across their owners laps, getting a good, firm spanking to teach them to behave.

Whilst this initially began as just a punishment, the human owners soon discovered that they enjoyed smacking their little pets bottoms, as the sight of a little anthro girl across their laps getting her bum slowly reddened was an adorable sight, prompting them to start giving their pets morning and bedtime spankings, for when they woke up, and just before they were tucked into bed. However, this past-time soon expanded out into almost every aspect of human society, with it being impossible to walk three feet outside without seeing a proud owner merrily punishing their little pet, as well as nearly every establishment beginning to employ a 'spanking' theme, including naughty pet parks, naughty pet diners, and most prominently, naughty pet clothes stores, with numerous articles of clothing being made and based around the idea that their wearer would soon find themselves across their owners knee.

With this trend continuing to grow more and more each day, it soon became clear to Adam and Mary that they were the only people in their suburb without a little anthro girl of their own, prompting them to take action. As such, they spent several weeks reading up on how to properly care for a little anthro girl, as well as acquiring all the necessary equipment, such as clothes, toys and punishment implements. Finally, the moment had arrived, with Adam and Mary going onto the 'Precious Pet's' website to make their purchase, looking through the profile of each girl that was currently living at a kennel. However, it didn't take them long to make up their mind, as their attention was quickly drawn to the profile of what had to be, the cutest little fox girl either of them had ever seen in their life. She was a small thing, with fur as white as snow and bright baby blue eyes, that beguiled an innocent, sweet personality. On top of this, the girl had an adorable, round little bottom, that Adam and Mary were sure would be a joy to smack. According to her profile, the child was five years old, and had been moved to a the city not too long after her birth, where she had spent her entire life in a kennel home, awaiting a loving human family to purchase her.

Not wanting to waste another moment and risk someone buying her, Adam and Mary quickly purchased the girl, before being asked what they would like her to be delivered in. After a moment of thought and discussion, they settled on a cute little light blue baby doll dress, as well as a pair light blue panties, which had the words 'Naughty Kit' written on the seat. After filling that out, they were given a message which informed him that their little pet would be delivered in two days time, in which time she would be bathed, pampered, dressed and prepared for her new life as Adam and Mary's pet.

Sure enough, the next two days went by fairly quickly, with Mary and Adam eagerly awaiting the arrival of their little pet, which they were sure would be the beginning of a strong bond between them and their adorable kit.

Life in a kennel wasn't horrible and it was all that Sophie had ever known but the little arctic fox kit had always longed for a home of her own and someone to care for her. She had other anthro children to play with at the kennel and she was far from isolated but she didn't have anyone to love her and to take care of her, which was what the little one wanted more than anything.

Because of that fact Sophie was beyond excited when she was told that she was going to a new home.

That excitement continued over the next couple of days as she was prepared for her new life with her new human family, the little kit finding it hard to be still and hard to contain her excitement. Her tail was waving from side to side as she was finally escorted to her new home, the little one skipping happily beside the man that was delivering her to her new owners. Her bright blue eyes shifted around in curiosity as they reached the house that was going to be hers, the kit looking around and fidgeting as she waited for someone to come to the door.

Once again her excitement took hold and she bounced up and down excitedly as she waited for the door to open so that she could meet the people that had taken her in.

Hearing the knocking coming from the door, Adam and Mary turned to each other and smiled, excited to finally meet their little pet. As such, they both got to their feet and made their way to the front door, opening it up and brightly greeting the delivery man from the kennel. However, their attention was soon drawn to Sophie, as the little fox girls constant bouncing made it difficult to ignore her.

She was just as adorable as she had been in the picture, possibly even more so, as her bright blue eyes were now filled with excitement and joy, most likely at finally having owners of her very own.

"Oh my goodness" said Mary reaching down and lifting the small kit up to sit in the crook of her arm, smiling affectionately at her as she did, "what a little cutie you are". Adam also smiled as their new pet was lifted up, giving the childs ears a little scratch before thanking the delivery man once again, waving goodbye as he left before closing the door as he and his wife stood there with their little pet, smiling fondly at her as they did.

It seemed like forever before the door opened and people finally appeared, Sophie's blue eyes immediately going to them as they spoke with the deliveryman that had brought her to this place. Her ears flicked back and forth as she listened and there was an inquisitive look in her eyes as she took everything in, not saying anything but instead just listening and watching.

At least until she was picked up.

At that point she offered the woman that was now holding her a bright smile as she chirped, "Hiya!" It seemed that her excitement hadn't dimmed the least bit and instead was only growing now that the people that were going to give her a home had made an appearance. "My name's Sophie!" Her tail waved from side to side as she said this, the little thing nuzzling against the woman that was holding her and smiling as the man scratched behind her ears.

When the little kit introduced herself and nuzzled against Mary, both her and Adam looked at each other and smiled happily, looking forward to their family's future now that they had their little pet with them. "Well it's nice to meet you Sophie" said Mary, carrying the small child through the house to the living room as Adam followed close behind, before they both sat down on the couch, with Mary sitting the little fox girl comfortably in her lap, "now that we're you're owners, you can call us Mama and Papa, are you looking forward to being our good little pet?".

Sophie smiled brightly and wagged her tail a couple of times, the little kit looking around as she was carried inside the house. Her ears twitched back and forth as she listened and her bright blue eyes focused on her new owners once they were all sitting comfortably on the couch. Her ears flicked forward to listen as she was spoken to and she immediately nodded her head when she was questioned about her expectations for her new life. "Uh huh, really excited," Sophie said with another little nod. "I always wanted some peoples of my very own."

Both Mary and Adam chuckled when they heard her say she always wanted people of her own, finding the little kit cuter and cuter by the minute. "Good" said Mary, patting Sophie's head affectionately as she continued to speak to her, "because we're very happy to have you living with us as well". She then turned to Adam with an inquisitive look on her face, to which he responded with a nod, prompting her to turn her attention back to the small fox girl. "Now then" she said, reaching down and giving Sophie's little bottom a few gentle pats, "I think you know what we have to do to properly welcome you to your new home, would you like Mama or Papa to give you your first spanking?".

Having a permanent home was something that Sophie had always longed for and because of that the little one was happy that she had been chosen and she displayed that fact openly. She did look at her new owners when she was questioned about a spanking and that got a little squeak out of the kit, the little one's eyes getting a bit wider even though that was something that she had been told to expect.

"Why don't I give her the welcome home spanking?" suggested Adam, "that way you can spank her before bed tonight". "Ooh, good idea" said Mary, smiling brightly as she lifted Sophie up and held her out for Adam to take, "I think our little pet will look especially spankable dressed up in her little PJ's". Adam chuckled and nodded in response to that, taking Sophie into his arms before standing up and walking over to his armchair by the fire, sitting down in it and sitting the little kit on his knee. "Now then Sophie" he said brightly, "are you going to be a good little pet for Papa and get into position for him?".

Sophie didn't really like this conversation but she didn't interrupt it, her gaze shifting back and forth between her owners as they conversed among one another. She squirmed as she was held out to the man and he took her, the little kit looking at him as he carried her to an armchair and then sat down. Her ears drooped slightly when she was asked about getting into postion. "I'm good...but I dunno what I'm s'posed to do," she told him in response to that question.
