Valeria grey were looking for Danny Phantom. Since the ghost boy save the world, she decided against capturing him. That being she she felt like the ghost needed to be taught a lesson for the wrongs he done, and had some new toys to help her do just that.

Danny Phantom was patrolling the streets of Amity Park, happy to see that there were no ghosts causing any trouble. Resting atop an apartment complex, Danny sighed in relief and got lost in his thoughts, thinking about the almost world-ending events that had occurred only a few weeks ago and how so many things had changed for him. His identity was public, he was an international icon, and Samantha Manson, one of his oldest and most loyal friends, was now dating him. Life was good for the ghost boy and he honestly didn't think anything could change that.

A ghost rope appear tying Danny up so that the ghost boy would be unable to escaped from the trap they got, " Gotcha this time Phantom. " She decided against capturing him but figure he deserves a good long spanking to his backside.

"Valerie?! What are you doing? What's going on?" Danny questioned, genuinely having no idea what was in store for him or why his former enemy had decided to return.

" I decided that I think someone needs to give you an attitude adjustment, " the red and black armor ghost hunter said pulling him face down across her knee, " and I am just the gal to do it." She said lowering the bottoms to his uniform.

Danny began to panic as Valerie took him across her knee and began to lower his uniform bottom. Since his suit was meant to be non-restrictive and tight, it meant that he wore no underwear and that his pale bottom was exposed to the cold air. "Wait, attitude adjustment? Have you lost it Valerie? It's me, your friend Danny Fenton! I thought we cleared the air after the whole world-saving business!" Danny said hoping to avoid what he now knew was coming.

Danny was about to protest further before he was interrupted by the first smack. "Ow! Valerie, this is ridiculous! I'm not a four year-old and I haven't done anything wrong!" Danny yelled in frustration, trying and failing once again to phase through the rope while she continued on with the 'punishment'.

Danny laid there helplessly, trying to think of a solution to this predicament that wouldn't end in Valerie getting hurt too badly, but his annoyance at the current situation and the humiliation was clouding his thoughts. "I'm gonna get out of this and when I do, I'm gonna rip that suit off and show you what an ecto-powered glove can do to a bare skin!" Danny threatened while he continued to struggle.
