Spanking Medic
Years ago I bought a book called, "The Complete Spanker" by Lady Green. Greenery Press books. It contains some useful information in it like how to prevent welts and bruises by using an over the counter antihistamine such as diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine or clemastine. You can use herbal remedies like arnica or bruise plasters. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc also helps. Too increase the pain of a spanking use mentholatum or capsicum based liniments. Urtification, stinging nettles will redden, burn, and sensitize skin. If the pain becomes too intense you can apply Vaseline or cooking oil to draw the liniment out. Then wash the area with shampoo instead of soap. To decrease the pain use an over the counter burn cream that contains lidocaine or benzocaine that will numb the area. If nothing else use an ice pack. This book was published in 1996 and I'm sure others have tried other methods that I would love to hear about.
