Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

The Father and the Daughter (for Crash-Bash)
"Dad, I'm home!" Ember called as she returned home from school. She set down her backpack in the kitchen and got a snack.
Ember had short, straight, bright red hair and green eyes and she always dressed punk. She was fifteen and her mother had died when she was only seven, so she had been living with only her father ever since. Luckily, her father worked from home though, so she wasn't always alone.
She took a bite of the apple she had picked up and waited for her father to greet her like he always did after school.

Victor soon arrived in the room. He was a tall man, well over six foot, with brown, messy hair and dark green eyes. He was very strong, but he was, in fact, a gentle giant. He spoke in a calm voice, and never raised it unless he had to.
"Hello, sweetie," he said as he arrived, "How was school?"

"You know, I used to have the exact same opinion when I was your age," he said, "So I can't really blame you for that."
(Hey, Halle, how best do you reckon we should get Ember into trouble for her failed tests? Should we have Victor search her bag, or the school phone up? Just wish to make sure, that's all)

Just then, the telephone rang.
"It's OK, I'll get it," he said.

About a minute later, Victor came back from using the phone.
"Not so fast, young lady," he said, "I need to ask you a few questions."
He turned Ember around so she was facing him and put his hands on her shoulders.
"Did you, perchance, take a test in school today? Or maybe...two?"
