Rachel, a 28 year old woman, stood waiting at BRC's under water train station for her new charge. Or Charges. because BRC had the best reputation for helping youth offenders, it was the premiere used Reformatory and Prep school. Accepting students from all walks of life. The school matched students with Mentors who acted like Parents for there stay. keeping both care and discipline in balance was the Mentors job.

The Island school was carefully made, it was almost a city. It had Dorms. A mall, shopping centers. a port, and any number of parks and adventure area's. Kids were never without something to do on the Islands.

Linked by bridges above water which offered Bikes to get across. or the under water metro system which linked all the Islands And the main land (though that tunnel was only open when new students were coming in.) Being sent to BRC was seen by some as a mixed blessing. Doing the time of the students Sentence. There bottoms paid at least once a week for there crimes. and could pay more for misbehavior.

The train ride was short but sweet, where two teenagers were boarding. As the two were attending boarding school in the real world, they made a vow to not use their Keyblades. Sadly, a robbery took place at the local bank in the city and even though the two were successful in stopping the thieves, their blades were revealed and were arrested along with the ones who committed their crimes. Now, it would have been wrong to send two young students to juvie especially when they’ve helped the law, so instead all charges were dropped for prison but they were still punished...

Punished by going to a place for young delinquents, many whose done arson, assault and brandished weapons like the two, but they come back as reformed good-natured beings.

Rhei and Sahori Fukui, despite the situation they were in, were amazed by the transition throughout the ocean, where they stared in amazement at the beautiful dazzling sights of the marine flora and fauna. The train stopped in a station, where it was safe to breathe. The doors opened and out they came.

Rhei was a young lad around fourteen years, where he had a brunette mane across his head and emerald eyes. He wore a nice robe of scarlet, a white shirt underneath, green shorts and brown sneakers. Next to him was his adoptive sister, Sahori.

Sahori was a year older than her brother, baring brown eyes and shoulder-length aqua hair. She wore a navy tunic and a pair of green shorts, along with white go-go boots.

“So this is the place...?” Rhei asked his sister before both looked at the woman ahead... was she expecting them?

Rachel spotted the two right away and walked over "Hi. Are you Rhei and Sahori?" she asked. "I'm Rachel. I'm your Mentor here." she said.

“That’s us!” they both said in unison. Rhei stepped forward with his hands into his robe pockets. “Hey, just to let you know... this is going to be for a short while, right? We didn’t really do anything wrong per see. We were standing for justice.”

“Whoa!! What the fuck?!” Rhei jolted back, looking at her with severe shock. “Three WHAT?!”
“Three years?! That’s not what they said back in trial!” Sahori yelled, approaching and stopping right next to her brother.

"One!" Rachel said firmly. "unless you want a sore butt you'll watch what you say." she said to the boy. then to the girl she said "No. Your parents will be able to visit 3 times a month. and your friends about the same if you behave yourselves."
