Crystal Clear (For dtrain34)

14 Year old Chibiusa also known as Rini or in the presence of her guardians & family, Princess Neo-Serenity. was walking home from Crystal Tokyo High School, She got decent grades usually. but was really slacking recently. She had gotten a 20 on her report card. as soon as she arrived home. She called out to her Mother, Neo-Queen Serenity. "Mom! I'm Home!"

“I’m in my study upstairs come up here, and bring your report too.” She instructed from upstairs and down the hallway the door was open as she sat st her desk working on her work she needed to accomplish for the day to be over.

Chibiusa gulped nervously, She was afraid of her mother seeing her report card. She responded as she dropped her backpack & headed upstairs to her mother's study, Intentionally not taking her report with her "Yes, Ma'am!" Chibiusa replied as she ascended the stairs towards her designated location.

“Come give your mama a hug.” She said happily opening her arms to her princess waiting for her to come across the room “how was school?” She added happily

Chibiusa walked into her Mother's study, There she saw her standing there arms wide open. She was dressed in her usual White, Royal outfit with her signature double Bun-hairstyle. Chibiusa did as her mother requested & embraced her mother. She replied to her mother's inquiry about school. "It was okay. I missed you mom, How was your day?" She coaxed, trying to avoid mention of her report card. Chibiusa was dressed in blue jeans, black sneakers, and a Black t-shirt. her long, Pink shoulder length hair resting on her shoulders.

She smiled as she embraced her daughter giving her a nice long kiss to the forehead “I love you so much. My day was good.” She replied to the question she guided chobiusa to sit on her lap “where’s your report card? I said to bring it up didn’t I?” She asked curiously in a stern tone to prockde a little incentive to bring the truth out.

Chibiusa sat on her mother's lap. When her mother questioned her about the report card, Chibiusa came up with a clever lie. "I lost it on the way home Mom, I was busy looking for it and that's why I was home late." She explained.

Her eyes narrowed instantly seeing through this lie “that bad huh?” She asked referring to the grades on the card

Chibiusa gave up, She knew her mother well enough that she would see through her lie. She sighed ashamed. "Yeah...I've just been really stressed lately mom, I just haven't had the energy to show you. Because i'm ashamed of it. You must think i'm not worthy of my title because of my grades." She explained honestly.

“Oh dear, chibiusa grades are important but they don’t make you a good princess. What makes you a good princess is how you treat people. Being able to treat your subjects with kindness and fairness is something you’ll need when you become queen someday. And honestly you are off to a very good start there. That being said. You know what I need to do don’t you?” She asked curiously
