A society made of spanking

In a small city in the middle of the state, there was a somewhat small population of people that made up said city that had formed their society entirely around the concept of spanking. The teachers spanked the students, the students returned the favor, and it always seemed like no matter where you go, someone was over someone else’s lap getting a Spanking administered, but no one ever batted an eye at it. Because of how the society was ran, people didn’t mind the fact that they saw the bare backsides of people getting spanked or anything, because they have become so accustomed that to them, this was the norm.

The story starts in a high school, the major one in the city. It was the final semester for the current running seniors before they decided to head off to college, but each of the faculty and students of the school had to make it through the semester, some curious how often they’ll get to see someone on the receiving end of a good spanking, it was the talk amongst the seniors since they’ve seen it for most of their schooling lives.

Some seniors were given a study hall of sorts, it was essentially a free period for anything but they still had a teacher monitoring their works so no one was slacking, this was Mr. Harris, he was one of the science teachers at the school but he was notorious for being bad at controlling his classes, and this year he was hoping that he would change that and actually gain decent control of the class for once in his career.

The other set of students were heading into a different class, one of the students was 19 year old Caiden Maverick, he was held back once already but was luckily on course to graduate this semester and hopefully that stayed true, he was curious what teacher he had for this first class as he checked the clock to wait for the bell to start ringing to begin their new semester.

Lily Stevens was a 18 year old girl doing her final semester and was hoping to get some work done during the free hour. She was getting cranky, she had a late shift last night at work and there was a test the next day. And needed to study and the study hall was getting too boisterous for her liking.

"Mr. Harris, can you please get them to quiet down?" The pretty blonde woman asked her professor. She wore her normal uniform, a conservative t-shirt and a knee length skirt that was mandatory for every girl as it gave the teachers an easy access to their bare bottom.

Miss Elizabeth Duke walked into her classroom with a wide smile. "Hello guys and girls, welcome!" She had a chirpy demeanor, but those who knew the attractive 25 year old would clench their bottom at her presence. Her icy blue eyes scanned the room, taking in her next set of students. She wore a tight black top and a white skirt, her brown hair done in soft curls. In her hand was an ominous package-filled with all kinds of implements.

“I can try my best Lily.” He smiled and stood “Everyone can you please quiet down a bit, there’s some disruption going on that isn’t necessary.” He told them as he stood at his desk, the man wore a normal blue polo shirt and a pair of nice black slacks, a common teacher apparel and one that made baring ones backside quite an easy task, which was good for a society such as this.

Caiden watched the woman as she entered the class, he had heard a few things from his friends but he was mostly curious of what he could find out himself since she was going to be his teacher all semester. He wanted to evaluate for himself what the young teacher was like as he sat in his desk and leaned back softly looking towards the board, markers and erasers lined the lining at the bottom of the board showing that the custodians had come in early to give the woman an easier time, as her stuff was all ready.

Lily smiled and tried to study. She liked the professor- he was mostly pleasant and had taught hit well, but his control of the class was horrible. She tried to study again, but his line about quieting down was, if anything, made them louder. Lily sighed after ten minutes, turning to him in exasperation. " Please, I need to finish this chapter for the test." She said to him.

Miss Elizabeth smiled to her class. "My name is Elizabeth, you can call me miss Liz. I'll be taking your math class for the semester." She looked at the previous results. "Now, some of you had had weak results last semester. I am expecting all of those students to improve or there will be consequences for you in my class. You can see me for extra tuition if you wish but I expect all of you to do well." She said, starting her lesson.

Mr. Harris truly felt bad for Lily as she was one of his brighter students so seeing her unable to study was quite the nuisance for him as he stood and raised his voice louder. “Guys, this is the second time I’m having to tell you, if we have a third we will have to have a little discussion.” He said, some emphasis on discussion as everyone in the room knew what that would mean as he stood ther “please, we have students trying to study and they would appreciate some more silence.” He said sternly but it was hard to tell he was stern.

Caiden nodded and relaxed as he followed along with the lesson, so far she seemed really easy going and had a feeling he’d be just fine in this class as he jotted down notes and paid attention, although sometimes his attention slipped away without him realizing it as he just stared at the board while she worked

The students just laughed at his weak attempt at trying to get them to quieten down. Some of the girls were openly mocking him in hushed tones which was perfectly audible to both Lily and him. "Are you gonna have your discussion?" Asked Lily. She would dearly have loved to take them over her knees but was far too preoccupied with her studies

Liz wrote down some of the concepts and explained them. It was a complicated problem and they needed to have a good base of the concepts to understand it. She scanned the class. It was vitally important that everyone paid attention to them or they would struggle in the semester.
She looked back to see a kid staring blankly at the board. She knew that look, she hates that look. "You" she said, pointing at Caiden. "Please solve the first half of the problem." She said, motioning the board.

Mr. Harris however continued to prove how he was the worst when it came to quieting down a class and looking around hoping another teacher would come to his aid since he wasn’t sure what to do from there, he’s only ever made the threats and so it was clear going through with the discussion threat was most likely not going to happen. “I could excuse you.” He tried sheepishly to give Lily a chance to study, giving her the option to go and find a quiet place since he was obviously having a thought time with the class.

Caiden was taken by surprise as he looked at her and pointed at himself as if asking, and upon realizing it stood up and examined the board to get an idea as to what she wrote to see if he even understood, it was clear by his lack of speed that he did not have an idea what she was asking of him, it was clear why he got held back last year.

Lily sighed. "Guys!" She got up and screamed. "I'll be taking down the names of all of you who are talking and they will be given to either Mr. Donnelly or Miss Duke." She said, the two hardest spammers in school. The rest of the class quietened almost immediately. She glared at Mr. Harris. "Yes, sir. I wouldn't mind going somewhere else. Is your office free?" She asked.

Liz waited for him to come up to the front. "Quickly now." She said. When he reached her, she handed him the piece of chalk. "This is fairly simple. You won't have much trouble, Mr.."

He nodded to her as he grabbed our a pad of notes and wrote out a quick excused note so she was permitted to go there and get her studying done, surprised by how quickly she got up and put those rowdy bunch in their places as he nodded.

“My name’s Caiden Maverick.” He introduced to her and nodded as he looked at the board and slowly began to write out what he thought could potentially be the answer, the more he wrote the more obvious it was that he was clueless

Lily was in half a mind to take the professor over the knee. But she knew that his authority would be undermined further if she did it in front of the students. "I really do have to teach you how to control your students." She whispered to him as he handed over the slip. "We can discuss it in your office."

"Okay, Caiden, let's see how well you listened" Liz said pointedly as he started doing the problem. As soon as he got to the second line, however, everyone in the class figured he was not doing it right. The class started to laugh as he made a couple of mistakes the teacher expressly told them not to make. Liz had a sort of predatory smile as she approached him. "Anything wrong?" She asked him.
