Appearance: Younger than he looks, he often dressed in slack, belts polos, button up long sleeves and winter coats some times accompanied by scarfs of fashionable make. He prefers loafers and dress shoes to sneakers and always wears black socks. He has a set of thin wire frames glasses that are always atop his nose least he's wet or sleeping.

History: Julian was always in the foster system since he was dropped off anonymously. He's pursuing college course s whilst in high school and is already finished with the majority of his AA whilst studying for a BA in Computer Programing.
Personality: Mellow and peaceful Julian is the type of character who enjoys smokey cafes and Libraries. He also enjoys arcades and classic game shops. He prefers to relax by the fire with tea most evenings and enjoys reading books. He's fond of classic literature and poetry. His favorite style of music is classical. He's a very laid back relaxed sort of individual who's a closeted nerd.
Julian and be a bit of a recluse often times keeping to himself he's not very out going or extroverted. This can lead to struggles in socializing and he tends to come off as a bit awkward and is a tiny bit clumsy from time to time some times seen struggling to juggle items as he will often carry several at once.
