Four Elements University (for Bombay)

Katara smiled as she began to unpack her belongings. She almost wiggled in excitement as she looked out the window. She was finally here! Four Elements University (FEU) was considered the most prestigous university in the world. Anyone could enroll, unlike every other college which was restricted by nation. This would give her opportunities she couldn't get anywhere else. However, her mood soured as she read the name of her roommate: Yue, the princess.

Katara didn't know Yue personally, but knew the name. Yue was most well known for her kindness. She wasn't a bender, but was supposedly blessed by the moon. Katara gave a sigh as she made her bed. One of the downsides to FEU was that nobility and wealth intermingled like crazy. Katara liked Yue, by her reputation, but couldn't help but feel jealous that Katara had to really fight to earn her position, wheras Yue was all but guaranteed a spot. All Katara hoped for was that Yue wouldn't expect Katara would be a servant...and maybe help with the chores. Seeing that Yue wasn't inside, Katara went to the dining hall. She was getting hungry.

Toph wished she was anywhere but this stupid university. She doesn’t get why she can’t just get home schooled by the maids like she did through her elementary years, but nooooooooooooo, daddy thinks it’ll be good for publicity and for sales if she goes to the same school as the northern watertribe princess. At least she put up a fight, she came to this school kicking and screaming until she was chucked in her room with her belongings. At least “Daddy” got her one of the more expensive rooms fit for a princess and she didn’t have to worry about some stupid roommate.

Rolling her eyes, she stands up brushing herself off before she throws her bags on the bed and was about to start unpacking before a loud growl comes from her stomach “yeah, yeah, I’m going” she huffed holding it as she makes her way to the cafeteria. “what grub does this place have?” she said grabbed a tray filling her tray to the brim like a buffet with different foods before she took a seat

Katara decided that she wouldn't be adventurous today and filled her plate up with the food she normally ate at back home. She smiled to herself as she tried to find a place to sit. Everywhere, looked full or she was worried that she wouldn't be welcome. Then she noticed a small girl, sitting by herself. By her clothes, she figured that she was from the Earth Kingdom. One thing that made Katara curious was that Toph's tray was filled with seemingly random foods, and not arranged in any way to look appealing. Feeling hopeful that she met another hard worker, and not a spoiled brat, she sat down across from the blind Earth Bender, not realizing that she was blind. Katara felt that she should introduce herself to the girl first. "Hello, my name is Katara and I am from the water tribe. It is nice to meet you," she said as she held out her hand for Toph to shake, not knowing that the gesture would never be returned.

Toph felt her coming from a mile away, but she still hope the new girl would walk right past her without a care in the world, but nooooooooooooo, miss sociable decided she’s the one she needs to talk to today. Putting one finger up, she finishes her can of soda and chucks it landing perfectly in a nearby trash can before she burps “up…scuse me princess, what can I do for you?”. Sure, she’d make herself seem revolting, but who would want to talk to her if she did? Smirking, she saw the vibrations of the other’s hand move up and wait for a shake before she looked back at her hoping the color of her eyes would give her a clue, but if not, the vacant stare must. “Uh-huh, well, I hear water tribe’s meeting all the way back there, so best not keep them waiting princess” she said going right back to her food. Still feeling her presence, she groans spitting some food on the table below, “Jeez, you can’t take a hint, can you? Beat it and find another table, I’m not here to babysit”

Katara was surprised at Toph's reaction. She didn't expect to be welcomed immediately, but insulted and ignored? That was a bit too much. Doing her best to resist her obvious urge, to give Toph a spanking and remind her about proper etiquette, Katara reined in her temper and tried to talk to Toph again. "I said my name is katara," she repeated. "And for your information, I am not a princess. My family is pure peasant," she said with a snarl, letting a little anger slip. Then she looked at her eyes, realizing that this girl was blind. She withdrew her hand, thinking that was why Toph didn't shake it, unaware of the true reason. She took a deep breath and asked again. "I don't want to sit with them," she said bluntly. "Except for me and Sokka, everyone is either rich or a noble...usually both," she said bluntly. "I don't fit in well with them. I was hoping that I might fit in better with you?" she asked. "And you don't need to babysit me," she said with a glare. "You could at least tell me your name!" She guessed Toph wasn't rich or a noble since she didn't try to socialize like most of them did. And her attitude screamed commoner. Katara had no idea how wrong she was.

Oh, I heard, is that the only thing you know how to say princess?” she said raising an eyebrow. “For some weird reason, I don’t think you should admit that to anyone you come across princess, some might not be so dismissive of the fact” she said starting to pick bits of chicken from her teeth with her nails “your problem, not mine” she said shrugging her shoulders, “uh-huh” she said starting to tune her out. “you do know I’m one of them as well, right princess? You can call me both” she said pulling out her Beifong card and flashing it to the girl before she put it away. “Toph Beifong. Anything else you wanna talk about princess?”

Katara was now furious. She was red, with embarrassment and anger. She knew about the Beifongs, who didn't? While not royalty, they were as close as you could get! She now looked like a complete fool. And Toph's attitude wasn't helping. She wasn't looking down on Katara for being a commoner, she was just being rude! Deciding that she had enough, and that Toph, noble or not, needed to understand that should be at least a little more polite. She got up and quickly threw Toph over her lap, before she had time to react. Her maternal instincts were kicking in as she began to spank Toph's behind, not caring that they were in public. "I think I will talk about why you need to learn some manners!" she claimed.

“hey hey hey, what the hell do you think you’re doing!” Toph barked back as the smaller girl’s body was lifted off the ground and thrown over the girl’s lap. It’s times like this that she’s really blind as her arms and legs dangle aimlessly around looking for the ground. “You can’t do this! I’m higher than you!” she barked back punching her thighs. “I’m done talking to you lady! I’ll throw your ass in jail so fast, you won’t know what hit you! My dad can buy and sell you in a heartbeat, just imagine what he’ll do when he finds out a filthy commoner beat his daughter!” She doesn’t like playing this card, but it works.

Katara immediately began to spank Toph. Immediately, the other students quieted down and watched, curious what would happen. They didn't take sides, either. Clearly, Toph's attitude didn't make her popular. "Look, Toph," she said. "I don't care if you're nobility or rich, or whatever<" Katara said. "I tried to come here and be nice to you, to be a friend. I don't care that you're a noble!" she yelled as Toph's body lurched forward. "But you have been condescending and dismissive the whole time!" she declared as Toph's rear end bounced. "I didn't come here to do this, and quite frankly, I don't want to, but you need to learn how to work with other people. And I think that I am the girl to teach that," she said as she spanked Toph.

Coming from a super-rich family where she was treated more like a antique than a daughter, she’s never been punished in such a ruffian manner. Not even the maids laid their hands on her, and her punishments were usually being sent to bed without supper or being grounded, but you can’t really ground an earthbender…that is unless you take her away from the ground! Reaching her toes and fingers out, she desperately tried to touch the ground only to be tugged back by the water bender as a sharp sting began forming on her ass. “Let me tell you something princess, I don’t need you as a friend! Thought I made that clear by brushing you away, and if we’re getting into logistics, you made fun of nobles first! Y’all still wanna support this!?” she called out hearing the crowd forming around the two. “If you don’t want to, then don’t fucking do it! It’s not your job to punish people, you know that?”
