Midnight Satoshi was a 18 year old man originally from the United States, he now lived to Japan for the last couple of years. He was a decently smart, extordinarly clever, as well as a strong young man. He usually wore Dark clothing, but his favorite accessory was the dark blue scarf around his neck.

Growing up, his parents weren't always around a whole lot, his mother was a model and Actress while his father was in the Military. Both constantly around the world, he mainly lived by himself. But his parents never neglected him. They always sent money his way, to which he eventually saved up and bought a modern apartment for himself in Japan.

Throughout his days of living here, he was always bored and not really interested in anything. But he did enjoy running, he was the fastest at his school and any other school in the area He goes to Kyoto High School,and has been for the past 2 years.

Ember was bored. Horribly bored. As she often did, she found herself growling restless.

Her mother, High Priestess of her witch clan, always warned her not to venture into the forest, but there was nothing else to do. Her village was quiet, and she hated the silence. Fire seemed to burn within her veins as she followed the overgrown path, careful not to get caught. The forest was dangerous, but not as dangerous as her mother summoning a switch from one of the magical trees. Ember was a young adult now, much too old for her mother to discipline, but she still remembered the days of her youth.

After several minutes of walking, she came upon a tiny fairy and wrinkled her nose. Faeries were trouble; everyone knew that. With a mischievous grin curling at the corners of her lips, she lifted a rock and threw it at the winged creature.

Unfortunately, she seemed to forget that faeries are rarely alone. Before she could even register what was happening, the bratty witch found herself swarmed by fae. "Get away from me!" she demanded. "Begone, you foul beasts!"

"I think you're the only one going anywhere."

With a shriek, she found herself pushed through a green glowing portal. Her heart raced. Faerie portals led to awful places. She tried to beg, but it was too late. She fell...

And when she emerged on the other side, landing onto a bedside table and shattering the wood, as well as breaking the lamp on top of it, she quickly realized she was not alone in this place.

Midnight, Who was home laying on his bed at that moment, sat up in shock. Surprised by the sudden drop in of a total stranger!

"Hey, who the hell are you?"he asked, getting up to his feet.

Ember glared at the young man. She folded her arms over her chest. How dare he talk to her so rudely? Sure, she did just appear in his room without warning, but it wasn't her fault.

"That is none of your business," she snapped, climbing to her feet and dusting herself off. "

Midnight sighed and shook his head. "I think it is, you just appeared out of no where and broke my table,"he pointed out.
