A few months have passed since the defeat of Kid Buu and balance has been restored to the world. Goku is alive and well but always out training, Gohan and Videl are officially a couple and fighting crime as a masked duo while not at school and Goten has been playing outside with Trunks almost everyday. The youngest son was actually waiting for his best friend to show up right now but the longer he waited, the more bored he got. To pass the time, he would mindlessly shoot a ki blast into the air. Unbeknownst to him, the energy blasts have to come down eventually and they would land by the Son Goku household and just narrowly missing it.

Chi-Chi felt the house shake as the energy blasts landed right by her house. She couldn't prevent herself from falling from the shock-waves, causing the pile of laundry she was holding to fall right on her head. When she got up, she felt her anger boil. "Goten!" she yelled. It had to be him. Trunks hadn't arrived yet, Goku was too far away and Gohan knew better than to shoot energy blasts near the house. She smiled to herself. Last week, Bulma had helped her summon Shenron so she could now she could actually punish anybody who broke the rules as opposed to just hoping they would take it. She ran outside, holding a frying pan, with anger in her eyes.

Goten unfortunately couldn't hear her mother, he was too busy shooting energy blasts in his own world. He didn't even sense his mother approaching, making her approaching him come at a shock

Chi-Chi grabbed Goten and lifted him up. "Just what do you think you were doing young man? Firing energy blasts so close to the house. Were you trying to blow it up? Gohan was much more responsible at your age. Perhaps you need some punishment..."

Chi-Chi smiled wickedly as she tossed Goten up in the air and back into her arms. "I am your mother Goten. And I think it's time that I reminded up of that." She put Goten over her lap and lowered his pants and underwear. She raised her frying pan, knowing how tough Saiyans were. "Ready/" she asked.

Goten gasped as he was tossed into the air effortlessly and pinned other his mother's arm. "M-Mom! Wait!" He pleaded as his pants were pulled down to his ankles to show off Goten's white briefs with a chibi version of Trunks' face on the seat. Unfortunately, those came down just as quickly to reveal his skinny tush, hopefully she doesn't bring up the undies.

Chi-Chi actually thought the underwear was kind of cute. She pinched Goten's cheeks. "Aww, that's so sweet that you have underwear printed with your friend on it. Tell me, does he have Goten printed underwear?" she asked. Chi-Chi raised her frying pan and brought it down on Goten's butt, making a solid *clang* sound.

"M-Mom stop! Don't look! I-It's not what it looks like!" Goten pleaded as he crossed his legs and blushed madly as his cheeks were pinched. "H-How should I kno- OW!" He was interrupted by the hard smack, the implement so big that it covered both of his cheeks.

Chi-Chi looked confused. "You have underwear of your friend. What else could it be? That you lost a bet?" she asked. She didn't think of romance since she thought Goten was too young for it. She gave his rump another few smacks with the frying pan. Each time it sounded like gong Chi-Chi smiled wider, happy to finally be the mother again and not just a women who cooked.
