It was a Monday meeting.
Still, remote, thankfully, so Sue didn't bother too much. She stayed in her pajama pants, as it wasn't possible to see her lower part anyway.

She woke up ten minutes prior to the meeting. To be honest, not have been the meeting assigned, she would have still been sleeping. Sue hated Mondays. On Mondays, she slacked off even when she was still working in the office. She did bare minimum and knew no one really cared. Sue started with cutting an hour or two from her working day. So, at this point Monday became another day off for her. Sometimes she was worried that someone might noticed. But no one did.

Well, no one did yet.

Today she at least joined the meeting. On her job, they usually had these staff meetings on Fridays. Sue wasn't there, she lied about her Internet connection being down. Why did they need another meeting so soon, she wondered, checking her mail? There was an email she didn't see before. It came after the Friday meeting. It was long and Sue decided she is not in the mood to read it.
It was about her company going to engage a C.P. Delivery or something. Some stupid program, nothing important. She quickly replied that she have read the letter and have no objections. That was the best way to deal with things like that.

With that, the meeting started. TO her surprise, Sue have noticed a lot of other workers looked concerned. How strange.
"Good morning", Mr. Alderman, the CEO - the rare participant of staff meetings - said.
"I am glad to see all of you understood the importance of discipline. I have no objections to C.P. Delivery cooperation. We decided that the best day to decide who slacked off instead of working will be Friday."
Sue heard some people to breath out.
"However..."
And everyone were quiet once again.
What the hell was going on?

Sue googled C.P. Delivery and gasped. C.P. meant 'Corporal Punishment', and the service this company provided was frightening. She cursed.
"We agreed that we all need some samples to know what to expect. So today, to motivate you to work hard, you will witness some of your colleagues to get when they deserve. I think, we'll start with..."
The bell on Sue's door ringed. She gulped.
"Sue. You better answer the door. We'll wait." Mr. Alderman said.
Sue felt everyone was looking at her. She gulped and went to the door.

Ah, another day in paradise. If you asked Pepper what she'd be doing when she was 25, this would have probably been the farthest thing she’d say! Teacher, sure. Surgeon, probably not but you never know. Grocery baggier or fast food employee, bingo! But she was grateful enough to get this opportunity to work with C.P. Delivery. The first time she met this service was on campus actually. Getting home from class one faithful day, she saw a C.P. delivery person knock on her RA’s door. Luckily, she lived right next door so she heard every swat and wail. After that, she was hooked.

Today seemed like it was going to be a normal day. Go to some employee’s house, spark their bottom, send them to the corner with a timer. Pretty cut and dry, but there was one problem, no one told her there’d be an audience! Pepper definitely works better with one-on-one sessions, and this would be the first time she conducted a spanking with an audience. Striking up all her nerves, she smiled brightly when the door opened “Hello, my name is Pepper, it’s nice to meet you...Sue, right?” she offered a friendly hand. On first glance, she’d look like any old regular UPS worker with that brown uniform and khakis shorts, but on further inspection, the logo had a paddle in the center of it with C.P. Delivery circling the implement, and she had a duffel bag of horrors, brown of course to match. “Can I please come in? Mr. Alderman sent me”

Sue couldn't believe it wasn't a joke. With a name like that, it should have been. Pepper was here to pepper her ass. Is was a joke, sure think. Although it wasn't.
"C... Come in."
She looked back at her computer.
"Hey, Pepper... Can you, maybe..."
She lowered her voice to a whisper.
"I have money. Let's turn off the internet. You will later tell that you... Well... That you have sp..."
She couldn't make herself finish the word.
"That you did what you came for. And I will give you money. Really. It's a good deal."
Sue whispered fast. She just couldn't believe what was going to happen with her. Pepper looked a bit younger, but she looked strong, and confident. Sue, in her pajama pants, standing next to neat Pepper dressed in uniform, felt like she was a naughty girl. And, like a true brat, she tried to talk her way out punishment.

Looking at the computer, Pepper bent down and waved at the crowd “Hey Mr. Alderman, it’s good to see you again!” she smiled brightly before turning around to face Sue “Hmmm? Can IIIIIIIIIIIII?” she questioned leaning in closer so she can hear the whisper. “I mean, tips are always greatly appreciated, but I can’t leave until you’re properly punished. First of all, it’s against company code and if I break that, I’ll be spanked. And secondly, I need to send photographic proof to Mr. Alderman and my boss to make sure it’s red enough. If not, I just keep on spanking until they’re satisfied” she said shrugging her shoulders. It’s pretty run of the mill for her at this point. “But I can try to make this as comfortable as possible. Do you want to be over my lap, touching your knees or ankles, or hands on your head?” she didn’t miss a beat with her upbeat personality.

Sue groaned. It was worse than she thinking. A cheery way Pepper used scared her. Red enough...
Of course, the were live on a meeting, but the idea of the photo with her ass spanked red existing somewhere in the world wasn't something she liked. But it was not like she could protest anyway.
Sue looked at her colleagues on the screen. Some seemed scared, but most of them looked at her with interest and hidden joy. It wasn't even a secret that she was slacking and others had to do more. She just wasn't expected THAT consequences...
She sighed with a defeated look. What position was the best? She didn't know.
"Over your lap, I guess..."

Pepper didn’t mean to scare the girl, it’s not her fault her jolly-go-lucky disposition could be viewed as intimidating. She just loved her job and punishing brats, is that so bad!? “Alrightio!”. Pepper began moving the computer chair back so it was in perfect view of the camera. “Hmmmm…” she tapped her chin opening and closing some of the blinds so there was the perfect light source for this movie. With one last adjustment to the angle of the camera, Pepper finally sat down and placed her bag of wonders beside her. Patting her lap, it was finally time “Are you ready?”
