New Home, New Problems (for Jinchu)

It was a beautiful saturday morning in a small no name town. The townspeople are so tight nit that mostly everyone knows each other, even if it's only by name and face. This life style is perfect for Lauren Smith. The 24 year old blonde bombshell who recently married the love of her life after graduating from college, got an immediate great as a manager of a super store and a flawless bod. Her husband Davis is a former collage football quarterback that currently coaches at the old college as an assistant. He has short black hair and a beard that he's growing in.

Lauren stood on the front patio of her new home dressed in her back tank top, cut blue jeans and flip flops as she was keeping a look out for her new roommate that she agreed to take in. She knew him from high school and he's still just as much as a loser now as he was then. He recently gave her a sob story of how he was kicked out of his mother's home and has no job and so on. She was about to turn him down, but after talking with her husband, they got the PERFECT idea of what to do with him. With the contract that he signed in her hand, she waited and waited for the impending arrival as she drank her coffee

Peter Owens in his age of 25 looked much younger. Partly it was becasue of his physics: Peter was shoter then average, slim and pretty weak. His face was cute, but far from manly, with big green eyes and soft features. Even in that age he could go a day or two without shaing before noticable shade would appear. His blonde hair were soft and wavy, covering his ears, but nit reaching to hsi shoulders.


But more importantly, he didn't show any confidance or staringht one noramlly masters with age. As he arrived on the bus to Lauren's home, he looked lost and confused with his backpack, which held all Peter's posessions, bright overly large t-shirt, old jeans and even older sneakers. In his age he had little to no dating experience (mostly with women who felt pity for him for a breath moment), very poor job reciord and his only attempt to live by himself ended up in a complete disatster recently. Peter was too emberrased to go back to hsi mom and then he saw on social media that his ex-calssmate, on whome he hada crush through all the school years, had hger own big house now. He cotacted her and pleaded for refuge and help, promsing to assist with the house chores in excange. They even signed some cintract about it, which Peter had barely read...


He was just happy he dodged the bullet, And he'll live near Lauren! The guy still wasn't completely over his teen crush, and the chance to see her around seemes wonderful.


Peter left eth bus on the stop and hurried to Lauren's house. "Hey! Hello! It's me!!" he waved his hand.

As the young woman sipped on her coffee, she immediately rolled her eyes as she saw Peter running towards her home like a lost puppy returning home. He never changed... But still she waved her hand slightly and gave a soft, if not somewhat fake smile. With her husband at work coaching a game, she would have to be the one to give the chore breakdown, which she didn't mind. "Peter, come on in!" She said with a soft smile and she opened the door for him. "Why don't you go up to your room and put your stuff down and then we'll give a breakdown of what I expect from you." She said as they walked about the kitchen which lead directly to the living room and the stairs. "It's up the stairs, two doors to your right. And the bathroom you will use is the next door over." She said as she pulled up a seat and sat down at the dining room table.

Peter had an urge to hug her, since thet were - in his mind - old school friends and now roommies, but since Luaren showed no interest in this, the shy guy didn't try that. Instaed he nodded his head energetically. "Yes, thank you! I'll put them there and be right back. I'm so greatful for your help, Lauren... i'll do my best to repay the debt to you and your kind... Devis, that is?.. I'll be right back!"


the young man went upstairs, enjoying the sight of the house which was much more clean, cosy and comfortable then the room he'd been renting before (and which he ended up being unable to afford nontheless). Peter went staright to his room, leaving his backapck on the bed, and hurried back to Lauren.

As the man hurried up to his room, Lauren brought up a object that she kept by her feet and set it on the table. The object being a large wooden paddle, an object used for spanking her and her sister since they were in their preteens. When she got married, her mother gave it to her as a wedding gift. She never thought she would have to bring it out before she had children of her own, but here she was. When Peter would return, he would see the large paddle first thing as he returned. "Remember how I said you would have houserules to follow or there would be punishment." She said as she got to her feet. "Well now you know how serious I take it." She said as she walked up to him. "Now let me get you a list of chores I want done..."

Peter came in and stopped, looking at the object which obviosuly stood out from teh rest of the kitchen stuff. In his family corporal punihsments were never used (well, mommy smacked his bum-bum lightly then he was in kindergarden, but that's all), but he recognized the object nontheless, of course. Lauren's strict serious look staright into his eyes added to the impression, and Peter gulped.


"Is... is that some kind of a joke? ha-ha, nice prank, Lauren, you've got me fgor a moment" Peter's laughing was clearly forced, and he subconsiocly stepped back then the woman approached him. "Of course, I'm ready for teh chores, but surely you don't mind me unpacking and having some rest after the travel before I start..." That attitude and excuses was what cost Peter his previous three jobs.

"I'm not joking and i'm ready and able to give you a demonstration if you want." Lauren challenged as she grabbed a piece of paper from the nearby countertop and handed it to him. On the list include various chores ranging from raking the leaves, cleaning the kitchen, polishing the furniture, cleaning the bathrooms, setting the table for lunch, getting groceries and plenty of more. "If I were you, I'd get started..." She said, slapping the paddle in her hand in threatening manner

Peter's soft, not very manly buttocks clenched as he heared his ex-classmate's voice, and even more so then he heard the paddle patting over her palm. He still tried to hope it was a joke, but in his hear he knew better.


Peter looked at teh list and hsi eyes widened. "B-but... there are so many!! It would take all day! At best! Y-you cannot possibly expect me to do all of this!" he whined, shocked by the amount of work designated to him. Despite what he had been telling Lauren while asking for refuge, he was not a great master of keeping house in order either.

"Don't say I didn't warn you. Now you just made the chores worse your yourself, after your spanking of course!" Lauren said with narrowed eyes as she grabbed him firmly by the ear. She dragged him along the kitchen and used her superior strength to force him to bend over the kitchen table. Before he could even protest, he reared the paddle back and brought it down. The paddle was so large, it could hit both of his cheeks at the exact same time

"Ouchie!" Peter whimpered, standing on his tiptoes. He couldn't belive taht was actually happening. They were peers, he used to wtach Lauren all the lesson long, guessing what was a color of her underwear, and now she treated him like he was a child! However, in ters of strenght he couldn't do much about it, as sh eeasily forced the guy over the table and... Peter uttered a loud, a bit femine yelp. It hurt so much! Shoudl spankings really hurt that badly!? "Lauren, stop!! Its' not funny!! Please, you're hurting me!!" he protested, or more like - pleaded his old friend.
