Daniel looked up from the newspaper clipping he had pulled from his pocket, looking at the building in question. The address was right.

The boy ran a hand through his unkempt red hair, then scratching the back of his neck.
He didn't have much of a choice, he told himself.
He put his hands in the pockets and walked over to the gate to ring the intercom.

That story had begun a couple of months earlier, he had just turned nineteen when, after yet another outburst of violence from his father, he ran away from home, taking away all the money he could find. A bad idea taken off the bat.
