This specially happens in the crowded city of Liyue, where the God of Contracts reigns. Not even the greatest person in the city, the Tianquan, Ningguang, has any idea that she's meet him several times. Or well, at least for now...

Ningguang was quite bored that day.
The huge amount of documents and contracts drawn up by the Lyiue Harbor residents, which she had to supervise, was truly immense.
Plus she'd had a few too many drinks with Beidou the night before, she wasn't very operational with a good hangover.
She was supposed to talk to a few people in the afternoon, including the Funeral Parlor managers, Hu-tao and Zhongli.
Bah, she sighed, resting her head on the desk for a moment. They should have waited for her for a while, she was really exhausted.

Zhongli and Hu Tao kept noticed Ningguang missing, but decided to wait a little longer.

Ningguang sat down at the table, unperturbed. "I had a lot of work to do, I'm sorry. I'm a very busy woman," Tianquan replied.
Perhaps Zongli could have perceived the faint scent of osmanthus wine hovering around the woman.

"I don't know what you're talking about or what you're implying," he said.
"But I remind you who you are talking to, you should be careful about making these kinds of insinuations towards the Tianquan"

"Can you please answer my question?" Zhongli said. He knew for himself he didn't have to be intimidated, as it was obvious he would win the talk if revealing was necessary.

"No. I don't have to answer to you for what I do. And now sit down, I still have a lot of work to do and you are wasting my time," she said, commanding.
