Mike and Sarah Stevens waited in the lobby of the Department of Corrections, eager to meet their newest penitatas. The Stevens' specialized in first cycle career criminals serving long sentences, and their newest was a girl they had decided to rename Kelly, who was going to start a sentence of 10X8-13 for armed robbery. Mike and Sarah believed that renaming their penitatas, as well as moving them away from where they had committed their crimes, made it easier for the new little boy or girl to break away from their past.

"Do you think this one will end up getting the switch her first day too?" Mike asked his wife. Sarah shrugged, "I think that, plus getting it every night at bedtime for a month, was what got through to Conner." She replied, thinking of their last penitatas.

Kage, or rather Kelly as she had already been informed that her new name would be, was not very happy about the situation. Her list of crimes was many, and the book had been thrown at her. She'd been so angry during her trial, throwing what could only have been described as the adult version of a tantrum as she was dragged off to be rejuvenated. Even to the last moment of being an adult, Kage had still wanted the last say. She'd wanted to be the one in charge, the one in control, but now... as she was being brought out, a tiny eight year old again, Kage no longer felt like she was in control.

Kelly. That's who she was now. The name had been chosen, practically implanted in her head during the rejuvenation process. She accepted it. She was Kelly now, but she still didn't accept the rest of this. Her head felt like a mess as men escorted her out to her new parents. The girl pouted a little bit when she looked at them, feeling so much smaller than them.

This was still all new. Her head was still fuzzy from the after effects. Kelly still wasn't quite sure of how to process all of her emotions again. It was like so much of what she'd been was locked behind a door and now all of her emotions and feelings just rambled about in her head, and at first she just didn't know what to do.

"Hi..." Kelly said, a little shy still. She was still wearing her gown from the procedure.

"Well aren't you cute!" Sarah said as she hugged the little girl. The Stevens believed that it was important for a penitatas to receive positive physical contact with his or her parents, not just spankings. Mike patted Kelly on the head and smiled, trying to reassure her.

"Alright Kelly, first things first." He said. "I won't sugarcoat it. Your sentence won't be easy. But just how hard it will be is up to you. Do what we say, be polite and respectful, and you'll find we're very reasonable people. If not, your bottom will pay the price."

Kelly was a little shocked at first when she was pulled into a hug by Sarah. She didn't hug back, but she did ease up a little bit, relaxing in the woman's arms and just enjoying the hug. It'd been a long time since she had been hugged, after all. Before this, she had been such a tough, fierce woman and had to have done everything in her power to appear as such, and it's not like she'd been shown much affection when she'd first been a kid either.

It just left Kelly feeling a little more confused as she was whiplashed from hug to firmness. The little lecture she got made Kelly blink a few times and then her face turned into a pout up at her daddy. "That's not fair!" The little girl with low emotional control cried out. "None of this is fair! None of it! I don't wanna be like this! It feels weird! And new! And it hurts my head! And now I gotta get my bottom spanked, too? It's mean!" She topped off her little rant by folding her arms across her chest.

Most new penitatas were like her, scared, confused, believing themselves to be the real victim in all this. He was about to say more, when he was suddenly interrupted by hard smacking sounds and cries of pain coming through the thin walls from the room next to the one they were in. "...I guess someone didn't want to cooperate with his or her new parents."

Kelly tensed up and turned her head in the direction that the sounds were coming from, her imagination starting to fill in the gaps and paint a picture in her mind of what was happening to whatever poor Penitatas was in there. Poor Kelly winced along with the cries, feeling the phantom pain on her butt as if it were her getting smacked as well. But she didn't have much context for it, having never been spanked before.

Instead, Kelly tried a different route, seeing that the last one wasn't working. "Please..." Kelly held her hands up and begged. "I'll be good. Turn me back. Please. I'll be a good girl. I promise. You have to turn me back."

Kelly shook her head and tried to retreat from Mike, pulling back from him as he removed her gown. "I don't wanna. Those are so 'barrassing..." Kelly wiggled on the spot, but as small as she was, she wasn't able to really get away from the man and her paper gown was easily removed, leaving her naked and ready for her new outfit. "Nooo... Daddy, please... I wanna go back to normal... I'll be good... I swear... I will be..."
