There was a big annual festival in the local temple, aimed for celebrating it's goddess and asking her for blessings for a year to come. Pretty much everyone from who lived around came to the temple in ther best traditional clothes to participate in the ceremony. Of course, there would be games, and fireworks, and dances as part of a festival later, but for now everyone stood in front on the temple, holding their hands together in prayer, while the priest soundly called to teh goddes and rang the gong every now and then.

Among them there was Aika Hiwari, a pretty, tall woman in her 30's. Currently she was wearing an elegant pink yukata and hd her dark hair collected ina high bun the readitional way.

She came to the ceremony with her two daughters and now really wished that they behaved properly...

"Mom! I need help!" Cried a japanese ten year old name Hana who slis try to tie her ribbon on the back of her kimono. She is a ahort chubby girl eith cute green eyes and two black pink tails.

Meanwhile, Sakura a 13 year in a black ponytail and in her kimono was watching anime online.

Aika akmost groaned out loud. She tried so hard, but they just seemed to ahve no respect for the religious ceremonyb at all!

"Hana, please, not so loud..." the woman said in a lowered voice, squatting before her. "I've tied that ribbon twice alraedy, would you stop wiggling? It won't need fixing taht way..." Aika tied the little one's kimono and frowned at Sakura. "And you's better put away the phone now, unless you wnat to loose it for a week. If you are not interested in paryng, at least respect me and your neighbours."

"Sorry." Hana said rubbing her fingers together with her head down while sakura roll her eyes and put the phones away. "Fine."

Aika sighed and gave them an encouraging smile, especially to Hana. "If you get bored, thnk of teh fireworks ina few hours, ok? But first we need to pray patiently nad not interrupt the other belivers." She tirned to the priest's direction again.

"Ok." Hana noddes as she likes fireworks before hugging her mother before the girls walk to the priest with their mother.

The priest hit the gong especially soundly a few times, attarcting everyone's attention for teh final part of teh ceremony. Aika closed her eyes and clapped her hands before holding them together in prayer. She asked the goddes to bless her girls... and maybe make them a little more well-behaved, if it's in the deity's power!

As they preyed, Sakura seeing that they're eyes are closed get out her vedeo game and have a play with the sound off. Hana saw that and try to get her mothers attention.
