We used to have a section, it just got obsolete almost at once. It's a nightmare to stay on top of. It requires a lot of feedback loops to ensure prices/adverts/availability is still available which 99% of the artists who advertised there didn't do.
Besides... The commission market has really, really changed in the last few years - before COVID even.
Patreon has totally changed almost all fetish-art stuff commercialised a huge amount of the profit and squeezed sites like ours to find the content they want to monetise.
A lot of artists (not all) have dumped the old model of open commissions anyway. It's all about that Patreon, baby.
I would suggest finding artists you like and checking their recent uploads, if they're taking private commissions they'll not be shy about advertising it and will be only too glad to tell you.
For me personally, and maybe this doesn't apply to everyone, this is one market where I don't bother with getting three competitive quotes.
