A Few Ideas (Any Pairing)
A) Stream Screams
During their livestream, a gamer/beauty guru/entertainer is suddenly interrupted by their irate parent or significant other who doesn't even give them time to stop the stream before throwing them over their lap and bringing them to tears with a firm spanking for their entire fan base to see! Although it hurt like crazy, the streamer realizes after the fact that not only did they get more viewers, but also more donations and subscribers! From their, the streamer decides to begin misbehaving and leaving chores undone on purpose before their streams in order to get a rise out of their resident spanker to the point of live discipline.
B ) The Paranormal Punisher
As terrifying as they are, more often than not vampires, ghosts, imps, and other creatures only attack travelers and cities with nonlethal force, doing only so much damage to feed or significantly scare their victims. This would likely change if humans decided to start sending mercenaries and hunters out after them with murderous intent, so for a long time they simply grit their teeth and bore it. Eventually though, it was discovered that the tables could be turned; inflict enough pain on a monster, and it'll leave you alone. That's where the Tamers come in: a group of professional monster hunters that specialize in dealing out spanks for the supernatural. This was initially only going to be a vampire hunter group, but I thought I'd include other monsters just in case. That being said, we can play this out as a duo of Tamers, or a master and apprentice, or just one and their various targets.
C) Undercover Consequences
This idea is probably the least fleshed out of the bunch, but I still think it will be good fun. It centers around an authority figure going undercover in their organization to see how things are ran, and if it's being done efficiently. This could be with the Superintendent of a school district pretending to be a novice teacher, only for a minor mistake to be met by a firm ruler spanking over some teacher's knee, or a paddling from the gym instructor. Or it could be the Owner of a Company arriving as a new hire, only for the lowly secretary to wear their ass out in the break room for bringing the wrong coffee order.
