Kunoichi Trainning
Konoha has passed down more rules and regulations regarding trainning of Kunoichi, or female ninjas. Previous trainning has proven to be ineffective, and has not produced as much quality ninjas as male ones. Tsunade, as the Hokage has passed down the permission of corporal punishment to enforce Kunoichi behavior. The four Kunoichi, Sakura, Ino, Hinata and Tenten has been brought to the first enforcement of this rule for failing in their missions.
