Stephen Porter exhales with frustration as he puts down his cell phone. He just got a message from his middle daughter's high school. She is in trouble... again. His young daugther Nani age 17 was looking over some magazine. She been having a dull day lately, she been busy with perfect Melissa, like sorry daddy if I aren't no rocket scientist. Sandra was playing some video games. She really did enjoy having fun even if it cause her mommy to have a sore bottom.

"Maybe you would have more ideas about what's going on in the world if you hadn't skipped history class!"

He sat down on the bed next to her and said, "I don't want excuses from you, Nani. I want you to start taking responsibility for your actions!"

Nani was annoyed, "I did not, I was helping with cheerleading practive." She said, someone had to made sure those tights skirts did not rip. "I do dad." She said, totally annoyed with his disregard.

Perhaps had Melissa told him that, he would have believed her. Had Sandra told him that, he would have at the very least made a few phone calls to verify whether or not it was true. But he was so tired of Nani's attitude and constantly getting in trouble, he felt like he didn't have time to run off and verify every stupid excuse she came up with. If she were telling the truth, the school administrators seemed like organized people and would have caught the mistake before sending him that message. No, he would just save some time and more disappointment (he would inevitably feel even more disappointment by investigating it and finding it was all exactly what he KNEW the truth must be) by going ahead and spanking her now.

Nani was upset her father always show favoritism to her sisters, never gave her the ebenfit of the doubt just because she is a little fun loving. Thsi was sso unfair, she work hard at cheerleading even if she was ultimately on the reserve.

Her father raises a hand and slaps it down hard against the seat of her skirt.
