A sore resort [RP for RedHott BareButt]

Ian stretched a little and clasped his hands behind his head as he walked alongside his dad with a bag over his shoulder, glancing over at his father occasionally who insisted on carrying the cases himself. “Good choice for resort pops.” Ian commented as he examined their surroundings, seeing many friendly faces as he did.

It was a nice beachside resort, something they had heard about from a friend who suggested they go for some time of relaxation, the entryway being rather extravagant itself, with various white, and blue colors to match the seaside feel it was going for, one of the employees sat behind the desk and watched the two with a kind smile as they made their way in, the front desk being neat and organized. “greetings! Welcome to the Red Water Resort, can I get your names please?” He politely asked.

Ian would let his father do the talking as he continued scanning around, the boy loving the sights of the ocean as he shook his head some to move his blonde hair, before he folded some behind his ear when he heard a strange sound, a smacking sound…

Preston Wood grunted as he shifted the suitcases and set them down on the ground. He was still a bit groggy from the flight, but he seemed to be in good spirits. Not that he was a very emotional man. Still, he was looking forward to spending some time with his son. For a while he had been so busy with work, the two had fallen out of touch despite living in the same house. And now, with Ian college-bound at the end of the summer, this single dad was starting to get a bit nostalgic…

Ahem. Not that he would ever say that, of course. He didn’t do that touchy-feely crap. “We’ve got a room under the name Wood,” he told the man at the desk. He pulled out his ID to prove he was the man with the reservation to his name.

He also took a look around, noting where his son was standing. The two didn’t quite sell the ‘father and son’ look, what with Ian being blonde and a bit more spritely, and Preston being gruff and muscle with dark hair on his head, face, and er…other places. But Ian was his boy and Preston was damn proud of that.

The attendant worked on the computer and scanned the ID for info and nodded with a smile, reaching under the desk. “Ah, wonderful! We had been expecting you.” He said pulling out two different card keys. “You are in room 307, on the third floor. Wonderful sight of the sea. You both will be needing these keys to access parts of the resort, but if one goes missing, you can always come and get one from here.” He gave a semi practiced spiel, but managed to be unique and polite enough for it to sound genuine. “All rooms are also sound proof and set with some necessities for the stay, no extra charge.” He explained, the wording was a bit interesting but otherwise seemed normal on the surface.

Ian had begun taking a slight tour of the lobby just to get his bearings and fight off the jet lag, while also looking for the source of the sound as he peered out by a pool, and silently chuckled in surprise at what he saw, seeing someone getting his butt smacked without rhyme or reason.

“Thanks,” was all Preston said, not too concerned with the attendant’s wording. He hated noisy neighbors, so soundproof rooms seemed perfect. He pocketed the keycards and turned to see his son had disappeared. He sighed and shook his head, turning back to the attendant. “Teenagers, right?” he said, grabbing the bags and going to grab a cart for the luggage. “Ian!” he barked out. “Where are you?” He scratched his short beard as he tried to think of where his son would have been drawn to. Perhaps the pool…

The attendant chuckled and even agreed “they’re quite energetic and curious. Enjoy your stay.” He smiled and went about his work as the man wandered off, leaving him to it. Ian blinked when he heard his fathers call before he shook off his surprise st the sight and quickly turned back around to see him. “Oh, hey dad! Sorry, got curious and looked around.” He chuckled some as he watched his father look for him, looking him over for a moment

Preston followed the sound of his son’s voice and quickly found him. “Don’t run off,” he said sternly. “Now help me get our stuff to the room.” He wasn’t trying to be a jerk, but he was quite tired from the flight and didn’t need to worry about losing Ian.

It was at this point that he’d likely notice what had drawn Ian to this area..

Ian nodded as his dad spoke over the sound of slapping as he went and retrieved one of the bags, leaving his father to realize what had been happening, seeing a boy around Ian’s age, sitting out by the pool with a recently soaked father who had been swimming, the son of the man slapping away steadily against the man’s butt, and clearly being what Ian had gone to see

“I- uh-“ Preston stammered at the sight in front of him. “Sorry, we’ll leave you- uh- wait!” At first he had assumed the son had been the one getting spanked, but then he realized that this older man was the one being spanked. Preston had never spanked Ian before, but he had been no stranger to spanking in his youth. He knew it was still around, but to see it so open and so…not typical…

“What on earth is happening here?!” Preston snapped. He marched over to the pool. “What are you doing?!” He started to grab the boy’s shoulder.

The boy was rather shocked at being grabbed as his father didn’t move but grunted when he heard the man protesting, much to the sons annoyance. “Sorry, is something the matter?” He asked, moving his shoulder forward a bit to get free, giving the older man another firm slap before focusing on Preston again. “To answer your question, I’m spanking my father. Isn’t that clear?”

“But-“ Preston’s voice trailed off as he looked at the man being spanked. “Why are you doing that? You’re the kid!” He looked over to the man. “Why are you letting him do this to you?”
