Basically,Rodrigo, is a young child like many heroes in the Pokemon World....only,he is a part of Team Rocket!

He is a very good trainer,and great addition to the Team....but sometimes might have trouble doing his job,specially since he actually cares for Pokemon....which depending on the mission might make him suck a bit at the whole evil part....Though he doesn't mind being mean to some trainers if he has to,he finds it hard to be mean to Pokemon.

Ironically,this also make many Pokemon like him and not mind that much if they are stolen but stay on his team!

Currently,he is a mere Grunt,working alongside other Grunts....

The Grunt that was in charge of him spoke gently, almost like a big sister! “Okay Rogrigo, we need you to find this boy,” she showed him a picture of his target. “He’s got an Eevee that we want. You’re gonna be on your own for this one, to prove yourself. If you come back without that Eevee...” she reached down and warningly patted his bum bum through his pants.

Meanwhile, her target, a boy named Joseph, was happily playing with his Pokèmon. He not only had an Eevee, but also a Vulpix and a Riolu!

Rodrigo gasped,"A-aww,do you really gotta gimme bum bum spank spank?" the little Rocket nervously asked,it was his first big mission,but he heard about kids who got spanked outside Team Rocket before.
