Kalos Burning Beginnings (for nomoewoes)

Lumiose City, The largest city in the Kalos region and where the region's professor was located. New trainers regularly visit the professor to become official trainers and get their first Pokémon. One of those new trainers was currently making her way there. Aurora, A ten year old girl with Amber brown hair and light green eyes was wearing a deep blue vest over a black shirt and a blue skirt with black and white lines all over that reaches just above her knees had just turned ten years old a few days ago and today was the day she was going to get her first Pokémon. She was doing her best to make this as quick as possible since last night before she went to bed her mother had distinctly told her to make sure her room was clean before leaving for her journey. Unfortunately, Aurora had completely forgot about that when she woke up and look at the state of her room. Trying to avoid getting into trouble on her first day as a trainer, She ate her breakfast and gave a meter by before dashing out the door and making her way to the lab.

Waiting outside was Kevin, one of Aurora’s good friends and neighbors who was waiting patiently for his friend to come outside since they promised to get their first Pokémon together. He was dressed in a blue hoodies with a large white stripe going across it and a pair of jeans. He didn’t want to knock in case someone in the house is still sleeping since it’s very early and the last time he just walked in without permission, it didn’t end well for him and his butt. So he decided to wait. Soon, his friend popped out of the house and was immediately running which made him instinctively follow her pace. “What took you so long! All the Pokémon could be gone by now! It happens you know!” He scolded as he kept up with her running

"Shush!" Aurora said while still moving as fast as she could. She understood she was late coming out this morning. "Sorry, but my mom was being a real nag today and I couldn't find the right moment to slip away." She explained to her best friend while the two continued to run as fast as they could to the Pokémon research lab hoping that there would still be some Pokémon left for them to pick for their starter.

“You’re lucky she didn’t put you over her knee!” Kevin said with a smirk, patting her rear lightly in a teasing fashion as they ran to the meeting spot so they can get their first Pokémon. “I know you don’t want this day ruined with a sore butt! Probably hard to train with that distracting you too!”

Aurora yelps almost jumping in the air feeling the pat to her butt by her friend. "Don't do that!" She pouts and shouts at Kevin. While he did know about Aurora being spanked by her parents, she mostly preferred that being private among them and also didn't preferred being teased and openly spanked.

“I’m just messing with you!” Kevin said with a smile as he continued to make his way towards their destination. "If you ever got spanked then you would know just how bad it is." She told him as they continue to get closer and closer until eventually they arrived at Professor Sycamore's lab.

The receptionist noticed the two of them an recognized their faces. “Oh dear, you both are very late. I’ll get the professor. He’s a kind man but he doesn’t like getting his time taken advantage of.” She said as she walked out of the room to go find him
