Mokuba Kaiba stood waiting for his brother to pick him up from the super elite private elementry school in Dimond city. Seto was never late, where could he be the boy wondered. And what would he do when he saw the note about Mokuba's behavior.

The note read that although the school was greatful for all of the money that Seto had spent making it the very best school around, they still couldn't excuse the repeated behavior and fighting of his little brother, and that if he kept beating up every kid who insulted his family they were going to have to expel him from the school. The note urged Seto to have a talk with his little brother to help him come to grips with his actions.

Mokuba was worried about just what that talk would entail. The 10 year old knew that his brother was busy planning how to regain his spot as the top dualest in the world.

Ever since his defeat at the hangs of Yugi, Seto had become more moody and less forgiving, expecting everyone around him to be perfect and punishing those that weren't harshly.

Not to say that he still didn't love his brother with all of his heart or that he wouldn't do anything for him, because Seto still did, and had risked his life repeatly to save his brother.

Dualest kingdom had almost been the end of both of them but Yugi was there to bail them both out, a fact that grinded further on Seto.

Still Mokuba was thankful for Yuigis help and said so before being wisked away so that his brother could spank him for being so foolish and risking his life in the first place.

Mokuba knew that Seto spanked him to help him improve, but it didn't make it any easier to take them.

Mokuba looked at his watch again. Seto was ten minutes late.

Finally, the car that Seto was in came by the school. It wasn't rushing or anything. He drove calmly and somewhat slowly as he made his way over where his little brother was. the bright and always polished and clean window lowered to reveal Seto's face behind the wheel."Mokuba, get in." he said, the car doors unlocking for his little brother to get in. Seto had his dual cards with him, so it was obvious what he was doing in the last ten minutes.

Mokuba nodded as he got in the front seat besides his brother.

"Seto, uh....I....uh got in trouble at school again. Justin said you suck as a dualist and I put his head in the toliet, and flushed it. And the school wrote this stupid note, about possibly expelling me as if they would risk losing your money."

Mokuba noticed that Seto seemed to be far away at the moment, but he knew his bother heard every word.

"I am sorry Seto that you have to take time out of rebuilding your dualing deck to handle this isssue. I told them they were full of shit that they wouldn't expell me, but they insisted on writing this note."

Seto didn't turned his head at all. He was thinking, thinking about how he'd rebuild his deck, about what cards would be good with others, and what cards should go.Even through this, he managed to hear Mokuba.He sounded..faint, but his mind was still able to capture every word. He opened his mouth, and said "Mokuba, you have GOT to stop getting in these fights. You can't be expelled from this school, and your ruining the Kaiba reputation by getting in to these fights!" he said, firmly, but not coldly.

"Oh come on Seto, its not like they will expell me and lose the money you give them."

Mokuba sounded strangely defiant, normally he was much more willing to comply with what Seto said. The boy was pushing it, testing his limits.

Mokuba was gambling that Seto would drop the matter, busy as he was trying to fix his deck. Like any 10 year old his logic was often faulty as it was in this case. Of course Seto would place his little brother before any game.

At this, Seto didn't turn, but his eyes shifted over to look at his kid brother. There was some anger in his eyes, anger at his younger brother's defiance. "That doesn't matter." he said, before shifting his eyes back to the road. "Mokuba, it doesn't matter if you'll get expelled, you will NOT get into another fight."he said, his voice more firm than before. "And don't press on teh subject Mokuba. That's final. You're already in for punishment when we get home, you don't want to bring anymore on yourself."

Mokuba gulped at hearing he was in for a punishment.

"But Seto, I was just defending our families honor, not tarnishing it. Now the other kids will know to watch what they say about us or I will kick their butts."

It was a weak attempt at getting out of trouble but it was the best the stubbern 10 year old could come up with at the moment.

Seto stopped the car as he heard that. Luckily, they were at the sidewalk where other cars were parked, so they didn't have to worry about traffic. He undid his seat belt before reaching over and undoing Mokuba's. Before the boy could struggle as soon as he realized it, Seto had pulled the boy and had him over his lap. "You aren't helping our reputation! Your hurting it! If people say that I'm a bad duelist, I wanna prove them wrong in a duel, not by my little brother beating them up."

Mokuba had his worst fears come true. Not only was he about to be spanked, he was about to be spanked in public.

"No Seto, wait, you can't spank me here, not bare butt in public noooooooooooooo" the boy complained despite the fact that his pants were still up. Still he always got spanked bare butt.

"Wait till we get home at least please." Mokuba begged, not hearing a single word that his older brother had just said.

Seto, of course, didn't pay any attention to his brother's pleas. Despite them all, he still reached around and undid his brother's pants before pulling them, along with his underwear, down to his knees, exposing his bottom to anybody driving or walking by.

"I won't wait until we get home, but I'll give you a second spanking when we do get home. I won't have you ruin our reputation, and get yourself expelled from school, because you decided to beat up some boy."

With that, Seto raised his hand and began to bring it down firmly on his little brother's exposed rear.
