Spanker's Rainbow
I came up with this:
The game:
Spanker's Rainbow is a spanking game. Unlike traditional games which are played for enjoyment of all participants, Spanker's Rainbow is played for enjoyment of the spanker - and the spankee players are assigned to play it as their punishment.
The board:
A long track of squares. There's a shortcut at one point, but it has a few black squares.
Colors:
The whole game revolves around the concept of colors. There are squares of each of the seven colors (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red). Each spankee starts with a particular color, assigned to them based on their offense. Each color has its own die:
Violet: At violet level, you get two standard 6-sided dice. Every time you're told to "roll", you roll both and sum the numbers.
Indigo: Indigo die has numbers 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10.
Blue: Blue die has numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8.
Green: Green die is a standard 6-sided die.
Yellow: Yellow die has numbers 1, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Orange: Orange die has numbers 1, 1, 2, 2, 3 and 4.
Red: Red die has numbers 1, 1, 1, 2, 2 and 3.
Thus, higher levels of punishment take longer to go through the game, and they have more chance to encounter something unpleasant.
Every time a spankee's piece ends up on a square of its own color or lower (violet being the lowest), they have to draw a card of their own color, and the instructions written on it are carried out. If they end up on a square of higher color, nothing happens.
If a piece ends up on a black square (which can only happen because the spankee has willingly chosen to risk and follow a shortcut), she has to draw a RED card, regardless of her punishment level. If she is on red level, she draws TWO cards!
The cards:
The cards can be good or bad. On green level and lower, the split should be approx. 50/50. On Yellow and Orange, there's much less good cards. On Red, there are none at all, every result is bad. The sole exception is the LUCKY BREAK card.
Base spanking:
Base spanking is defined for every spankee prior of the game. It's completely individual, but bear in mind that the spankings add up. The higher punishment levels should actually have their base spanking value LOWERED, because they will get much more spankings during the course of the game.
Decks:
(I aim for 10 cards in each deck for now)
Violet:
Trouble - You're in trouble. You're now Indigo level.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Scapegoat - If you want to, you may switch position with the first spankee behind you (unless you're the last). That spankee will draw another Violet card. If you don't want to switch, YOU have to draw another Violet card.
Ambush plus! - Switch places with the first spankee in front of you. In addition, you can give her her base spanking with your hand, OR with an implement if she's Green level or worse. If she's Orange or Red level, the number of swats is doubled!
Great luck! - Choose immediately: either you move ten spaces forward, or you escape from your next spanking, regardless of its severity.
Affection - Get a cuddle, hug or bottom rub from the spanker.
Good girl - You escape from next two spankings you should get... but if you get the Trouble card before that happens, the effect ends immediately and you get twice your base spanking with hand.
Indigo:
Trouble - You're in trouble. You're now Blue level.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Spanking - You get your base spanking with hand.
Hard spanking - You get twice your base spanking with hand.
Lucky Break - Lucky break! You're now Violet level.

Additional notes:
There is no upper limit to the deck sizes, but the ratio of good and bad cards should stay the same... also, the Trouble and Lucky Break should be present in some fixed ratio.
The spanker is also a referee. It's in his power to increase the spankee's punishment level for bad conduct, or to decrease it in special circumstances (like if someone has really nasty run of bad luck).
