Here's a thought for a 2-part scenario from the Monsters vs Aliens tv show:

Even though she hasn't debuted yet, there is a female alien called Sta'abi who beats up the Monsters in the opening credits. I definitely speculate that she could spank the heck out of Susan, when she's her regular size. For part 2, I see Susan using her Ginormica powers to become a giant and hold Sta'abi over her knee.
