I've unlocked that one for you.

As a final act of spite by a channist shitposter unable to exist on any website but imageboards, finding it increasingly difficult to communicate with people except with vaguely biggoted terms, he locked the comments on many of his uploads.

It's somewhere around #76 on my list of things to do; unlocking the comments on those pictures.
But as they're archived collections of years old drawings of an artist not present on the site that generate less than ten comments per year on the hundreds that aren't locked... it's never moved higher when there's artists actually on the site posting new, original content to see to.

I went ahead and opened them all up.

UPDATE pp_photos SET allowcoms=1 WHERE userid=30924;

If this needs to be done for any other artists RobM, just give me their UserIDs and I'll run the query.
