As the Ritsukos went to face the upcoming threat head on. The koopalings, the able eldest ones, were warning the other kids inside. Either getting them ready for a fight, or having those who weren't really fighters, kept hidden safe.

Kirby had joined Purin in being the bosses' eyes in the sky. Unfortunately, none could find Tails at the moment, Charmy was in the hands of Rin and Cream was being kept safe, despite insisting that she could help.

As the four waited, the sky began to darken a little with clouds, and the setting grew more ominous. Haya took a deep breath, and began to speak into an earpiece. "Okay girls...give us a status update..."

Kirby kept her cheeks puffed as to keep herself airborne, but soon landed on top of the base, giving herself a chance to exhale and speak. "No sign of bad king koopa yet...but it's starting to get foggy too..."

Nero gave a sigh. "Ominous clouds usually foretell bad events..no mistake he's on his way. So everyone stay prepares and focused!" He said.

Tai then turned to his siblings once more. "...I'm sure I don't need to tell you guys...but just to reiterate, try not to use your power unless it's absolutely dire..."

"We know, nii...although depending on what Bowser throws at us..." Haya satarted, only to pause as the four would soon feel the ground starting to shake.

Nero gave a stumble a bit and then looks at his squad. "Girls? See anything?'

"Not from here, boss!" Kirby then took a deep inhale, allow her cheeks to puff out a bit as she went airborne to get a better visual. She squinted her eyes as she couldn't see anything past the fog. Only for her eyes to widen as she soon saw a glowing pair of yellow eyes in the distance. "Mmmm?!!"

The stomps grew louder as the eyes seemed to come closer, and the silhouette of a giant figure could soon be seen from the fog. The first thing to actually be seen was a giant clawed foot!

Tai's eyes widened a little bit, as he looked up at the approaching beast. "...Holy shit..."

It was definitely Bowser stomping towards them....and he must have been at least 500 feet taller! The massive koopa king was now ready to stomp them out, and with him, his own personal airship armada flying by his sides!
