I'll have my OC still included on the story as usual, but I thought on this Naruto idea based on my favorite secret character in a Naruto game- Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2's Byakugan Hinata, and also inspired by the Boruto anime(the use of Gentle Fist without Byakugan). ^_^
My OC, Rodrigo, lost his parents on the Kyuubi's attack. Due to a request by the Third Hokage, the Hyuugas took the young child in.
Much to the clan's surprise,however, the little boy,who trained very hard, managed to learn by accident some of the Hyuugas's Gentle Fist style by mimicking the movements,as young children who get excited by something sometimes did. Which posed somewhat of a problem- because, not being a born Hyuga, Rodrigo would never have the Byakugan, which would make it harder for him to control his moves...
for example, the clan only discovered Rodrigo was starting to learn the basics of Gentle Fist when he accidently knocked out someone by touching the wrong Chakra Point in their body while he playfully mimicked the training clan member's movements!
Due to this,Hinata, who was like a sister to the boy, tried hard to overcome her lack of confidence and took her training even more seriously. While she didn't have natural talent like Neji or Hanabi, she did like Naruto would-trained harder and harder on secret, and turning into what one would expect of a member of the Main Branch of the Hyuga Clan!
She was still kind,as it was part of her nature, but was also starting to have more confidence in herself and inheriting some of the Hyuga Clan's pride, proudly declaring her clan is the strongest on the leaf village or her status as a Main Branch member. All to take care of her "little brother" and make sure he doesn't get himself in serious trouble by accident, considering his unique situation of knowing Gentle Fist without having the Byakugan to actually clearly see the opposing Chakra Points!
Noticing this, Hiashi asked specifically for Hinata to be assigned to the same squad as Rodrigo.
Hinata would be a kind and caring adoptive sister, but she could and would be strict when needed-though always conforting after a spanking is needed.
Inspired by a Naruto rp I had with Sardonyx, I also think Hinata might never actually use an implement for a serious mischief- on those cases,while her spankee is over her lap she would simply activate her Byakugan, and spank the more sensitive parts of the bottom to make it sting more!
Like I said, Hinata will be more confident,and more prideful of her clan and her status,as one would expect of the Main Branch, though other than that she can still retain her kind and gentle side. And while Rodrigo would more often be her spankee, he can also spank his "big sis" if she earns it- that more prideful attitude could end up landing Hinata in trouble a few times, for example.
We can decide on the third squad member and their sensei when we do the rp,or maybe retain Kurenai as the sensei and add Hanabi to their squad so as to reduce the trouble of what would happen to Hinata's original squad by just adding a new sensei for them and a third member. If you have an OC as well, this is a perfect opportunity for you to place the OC as the third member of the squad(or just forget Shino and Kiba and make your own squad if you'd like better...this IS an alternate universe rp,after all.)
We could even do things like the Chunin exams, for example,and see how the encounter between Neji and this new version of Hinata would go. ^_^
