The Unruly Friends

Ren often did small pranks on his roommate, currently, he was putting glue on the doorknob of his bedroom door. He wasn’t one to talk as he often never cleaned up any mess of his which often resulted in him in being over his lap. He then headed downstairs and he went to make himself a sandwich which often resulted in more messes. He quickly made a Nutella sandwich and left the kitchen a mess and then ate it at the table, turning on the TV.

Will was tired. A good three hours at the gym would tend to that to a man. The only thing on his mind was taking a well-deserved nap. He shakily shoved his key into the lock, missing at first and scraping the area right next to it before he managed to push the beast open. As he walked in and shut the door behind himself the first thing he noticed was how the small kitchen was in a rather gross state.

Will was however too tired to lecture his friend, only glaring at him from across the room.

He saw that Will had come home and he glanced at him, seeing his glare. "Welcome home!" He said and he leaned against the couch, focusing on the TV. "Did you get the donuts I asked for in the morning?"

Will sighed, rubbing his blue eyes as he gripped his gym bag tighter and simply made his way upstairs toward his bedroom. "You can buy them yourself." He growled as he took the first step.

"W-What? But I was busy at work!" He said and he watched him go upstairs to their shared bedroom. His side of the room was messy with clothes on the floor he was too lazy to pick up.

"You don't look very busy now!" Will called back. As he reached the door he gripped the knob and pushed it open; growling once again as he saw the absolute mess that was his roommate's side. His hand, it wouldn't come off of the knob! He pulled once, twice, three times, his hand with every pull only came off bit by little bit.

"Ren, dammit! When I get down there you won't be able to sit for a week!"

He heard he wasn't busy and he began to laugh. "The donut store is closed after 3! It's 5 now!" He called out and he soon waited for his prank to commence. He then heard him curse loudly and hear he wouldn't be able to sit for a week. "Oh no!" He said and he quickly ran to where the angry Will was. "H-Here." He said, grabbing his wrist and tugging it.

Will grimaced slightly as Ren tugged his hand free of the knob. Nothing but pure anger was on his face. "I am going to clean my hand and the knob up... you will sit on your bed and wait for me!"

Will didn't wait for a reply, he immediately stomped off towards the bathroom, quickly cleaning his hand of the glue residue.

After his hand was free of the knob, he looked at Ren with complete anger in his eyes.

"You will sit on your bed and wait for me to clean up!"

Without waiting for a reply he ran towards the bathroom.

He nodded and he sat on the bed. “Please don’t spank me!”
