Rhei detected something... rather odd and intimidating at her sitting position and her offered hand. Something didn’t seem right, so he was very unsure about her unknown but sneaky motive.

Ah-ha!! That was her plan! Rhei was going to over her lap and receive a sound spanking by the queen but also a complete stranger! “Wha...?” His eyes slowly started to widen once he was pulled forward and taken to her side, where he looked down at her lap and then at her. “Yes... n-no! No! Absolutely not!” With that, he pulled his hand out of her grip and stepped back out of arm’s reach! “You’re not spanking me! I don’t even know you that well! Plus I’m kinda too old for something like that! That’s for kids anyway! Besides, mama’s give that to kids, not complete strangers!”

Elsa blinked and frowned when the young boy suddenly seemed to realize her intention as he stumbled over his answer before quickly pulling out of her grip and putting a good distance of space between them. She didn't move from her position on her throne, although her blue eyes didn't leave Rhei, she had no concerns about him leaving as the castle was very well guarded and the guards already knew of her plans. It was something they were very used to with Anna.

"I'm afraid that I most certainly will be, Rhei" Elsa replied cooly, she wasn't that surprised by his reaction after discovering that he hadn't recieved a punishment like this in the past, but she had hoped that they would have been able to get it over with. It wasn't particulary pleasant for her either although she'd admit that it would certainly be more uncomfortable for the young visitor, she listened to his argument before shaking her head "Firstly, you are most certainly not too old for a spanking. Secondly, I was hoping that we would have moved past 'complete strangers' to acquaintances at least. I do not wish to do you any harm, Rhei. The opposite infact, I want to take you under my wing and ensure your safety until you are reunited with your parents" Elsa quickly responded to his points before she reached out her hand towards him "However, I cannot aid you until I am sure that you will obey me and my men. The road that we have to follow to find your parents could be littered with any amount of untold dangers. You will have to promise to listen to my men, as I do too. "For now, however, you will not escape this punishment. We can stay here until midnight but this is a discussion that we will be having. After such, I will be more than happy to start a plan to find your parents. They would never forgive me and I would never forgive myself. If I didn't take care of you, the same way I do Anna" Elsa explained quietly, her hand never wavering from his direction although she spotted a guard from the corner of her eye and gave him a small negative shake of her head. She wanted the decision to come from Rhei himself because she had to know that he could face up to uncomfortable situations and deal with them.

Elsa seemed determined if she wanted Rhei to learn his lesson for he was incredibly reckless climbing up a roof. The teen couldn’t get out of here for windows were locked (especially in this weather!) and guards stood firm by the door so there was no hope for him. All hope there was for Elsa giving it to him softly and hopefully not using an hour implements. The teen looked back at her, listening to every word while try8ng not to freak out or argue.

... Should he step forward? It looked like the only way; the other was getting himself apprehended by the guards. Well he had no other choice. Elsa was not being nasty and horrible by wanting to blister his butt for fun, but rather for punishment. Rhei needed to be brave and also cooperative over her lap.

“Okay... just go easy on me...” he said as he stepped forward and offered her his hand. He looked incriedlhy nervous and uncomfortable.

"Thank you, Rhei" Elsa said with a smile, taking his hand in her own as he slowly stepped forward and began to accept his punishment "I'm proud of you" Elsa added honestly, she was very proud of him and it showed great strength and discipline which he would need a lot of in the coming times "Of course. It's only a spanking. The only lasting marks I want to leave are on your behaviour and decision making, not your behind" Elsa replied carefully, she was only planning to use her hand to spank him and she doubted that it would take very much to make an impression as it was his first time.

She gently led him to her side once more, keeping a firm but gentle grip on his hand although she doubted that he would run again, she tugged him over her lap and allowed him as much time as he needed to get comfortable before moving him and lifting her knee slightly to raise his bottom up a little higher "I hope that you'll remember this punishment, Rhei" Elsa scolded as she wrapped her arm around his waist and pulled him closer before resting her hand on his lower back before raising her hand and bringing it down onto his bottom twice with medium strength smacks, carefully watching his reactions "I do not want to have to discuss the topic of you putting yourself in danger, again. If I do, then you will certainly be getting more than a dose of my hand" Elsa added firmly, she landed a further four smacks on his backside, two on either cheek which left her hand slightly stinging.

This was it. No turning back now. Rhei was finally going to get it. Well, it was better than looking for his parents on his own in the freezing snow. He did feel a little glad that the queen was proud of him complying but what he couldn’t get over the fact that he was going to get a good spanking.

The teen let out an audible whine once she pulled him over her lap, his trim stomach meeting the pair of knees covered by her dress. Yep, no turning back. The teen tensed up once he felt his lower-form risen to allow the queen more access to her current target. He let out a louder whine when he felt her hand grab his waist and was pulled closer to her stomach. What made the position more uncomfortable was that he couldn’t touch the floor with his own feet, so they were left dangling in mid-air.

“Ah!” Rhei let out a yelp that was more than surprise than pain, before he started wincing as her hand collided into his rear again. Sure he had three layers on such as undies, shorts and of course his own robe but that didn’t stop the Queen from delivering more swats to his naughty rump.

Elsa glanced down at the young traveller when she heard him yelp, she paused for a second to ensure that he wasn't uncomfortable or in pain; well, except from his backside, of course. She didn't see any reaction that concerned her in that regard and continued by landing more stinging smacks on his covered backside while scolding him firmly. It honestly scared her to imagine the injuries that he could have suffered, especially if he'd fallen onto the ice instead of the snow, she had personal experience of the damage that ice could cause; it had irreparably damaged her family and she was still trying to fix her relationship with Anna. It had caused her to be alone for many, many years which caused her to sink into a depression. It was something that she still had trouble with but she had a kingdom to run and her family to look after, she didn't have time to fall into that pit.

Elsa rested her hand on Rhei's back for a moment and noticed that he was wearing a robe over his clothing, did that mean that he came from a cold land? Her interest was piqued but she forced herself to concentrate and focus on the punishment that she was giving "How do you think your parents would have felt if they had to visit you in hospital? Hmm?" Elsa questioned calmly, as she lifted his robe up and let it rest on his lower back, revealing his shorts "Or, if you couldn't follow your quest to find them because you were too injured?" Elsa added as she raised her hand over his bottom "Would it be worth it?" Elsa finished before she peppered his backside with medium strength smacks, covering the whole of his bottom and near the very top of his thighs, she didn't want to upset him but she needed to help him understand the reason behind his punishment. She stopped a few moments later, she had been carefully watching his reactions and knew from experience with Anna that he would be in pain but his bottom would be no more than pink.

"What have you learned so far, Rhei?" Elsa questioned quietly, she rested her hand on his lower back and gave him time to calm down before he answered, she hoped that it had been enough to learn his lesson.

Rhei had to brace himself for a good spanking but did he really have to get it from her? The teen continued to wince and yip only a few times during the first punishment, sucking through his teeth as his hands balled into fists. “Ngh...! Ack! Aaah...!” Even over those layers, it hurt... poor Rhei really threw himself in a bad situation! The teen whined when the robe was flipped up to reveal a pair of green shorts underneath, where his bare legs crossed over eachother. “Ngh...!” But then the scenario of his parents finding him in a hospital for an incredibly reckless stunt overshadowed the loss of his robe protecting his rear.

“No, it wo-ah! Aaah! Ngh!! No! It won’t-ow! Ouch! Oww...! Ah! C’mooon!” The teen started to feel the guilt sweep straight into his stomach once he thought of the various scenarios spinning around his head all involving his hiatus on his journey due to his foolishlishness.

“I learned not to be so reckless and climb roofs. It was dumb and pointless, I really didn’t mean it.” Then he placed one hand onto her lap, slowly trying to get up from his position. “Now, can you please let me up? I learned...”

I'm very glad to hear that, Rhei" Elsa replied nodding when he quickly answered her question, she didn't doubt that he was being honest and had learned his lesson about being more careful and not being so reckless. She felt his body push against her hand as he tried to get off her lap and she gently pushed back, silently indicating that his punishment wasn't quite over yet "If we have to discuss this again, young man. It certainly won't be with just my hand" Elsa warned sternly, she landed a hard smack on each cheek to emphasize her point although she hoped it would be a long time before they had a discussion, again "Understood?"

Elsa could feel her hand stinging from the smacks, even with her ice powers it never helped with that particular problem "We're going to finish this, Rhei" Elsa warned the young boy before she finished his punishment with a final five firm, stinging smacks across his backside that he would remember for a good time. It was his first spanking after all and she didn't want to take it too far, she rested her hand on his back once she was finished with a light touch before she started to move it slowly, in a gentle, comforting motion "Alright. It's over. I'm very proud of you, Rhei" Elsa said gently, she knew that he would probably jump off her lap as soon as possible, which was absolutely fine but she also wanted to ensure that she gave him as much comfort as he needed, she lifted her hand and conjured a plump, fluffy chilled cushion to appear on his chair to help soothe the pain in his rear without drawing attention to it "You may get up whenever you wish, Rhei" Elsa added in the same soothing tone "You did very well. She waited until Rhei felt comfortable enough to push himself off her lap before asking one of the guards to bring some refreshments and some writing utensils and paper, she was a woman of her word and she certainly intended to help Rhei find his parents. For that, however, it would take a lot of planning, information and agreements between everyone and the first step was gaining as much information as possible from Rhei. It wouldn't be an easy topic, especially after the embarassment of receiving a spanking and she hoped the refreshments would be a welcome distracition and she didn't know how well or even if, he had been eating lately.
