Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Dawn nodded and recalled Empoleon to her ball before producing Typhlosion’s. She released the Fire Pokemon into the yard, watching it inhale and ignite the flames on its neck. “Typhlosion!” she began, pointing upward to the sky, “Use Sunny Day!” Typhlosion growled and inhaled again, and in a moment the yards grew hot and dry as a desert.

Verity looked in awe at the spectacle, but then became afraid. "Mom, the roses!!" She squeaked. Those flowers, which had previously been soaked by Empoleon, were starting to prune up under the excessive heat!

"Oh, damn," Dawn muttered, grimacing. Once Sunny Day was in motion, it couldn't be stopped. She didn't have a Pokemon that had the Cloud Nine ability, and she wasn't going to start a sandstorm, hailstorm, or another flood in her yard, so they'd just have to wait this out. "Sorry, honey. We'll grow new ones," she said, shaking her head. This hadn't been her wisest moment.

Verity wasn't too upset, but rather concerned. "I'm more worried about what'll happen if mom finds out about this..." She mumbled.
And unfortunately, such news wouldn't escape Cynthia, as the harsh heat woke her up. "What is going on today?" She grumbled as she got out of bed.

“She’ll be upset with me, surely. But you have nothing to worry about,” Dawn said, trying to reassure her daughter. “Here, Verity. Why don’t you go play at the lake with Cobalt and Sky? I’ll handle this...”

Verity thought about that, and then she nodded and said: "Ok mom, I will. And... I promise I won't go out too far." And with that, she went inside, fetched her swimsuit, caught a croissant for breakfast, and headed out.
Meanwhile, Cynthia made her way to the garden, to see Dawn out, with Typhlosion, and her ruined roses. Looking disappointed, she asked: "Now Dawn, what happened here?"

"Well, I was showing Verity some of my techniques," Dawn began, rubbing the back of her neck. "First I showed her Empoleon's Hydro Cannon, which nearly flooded the yard... and then to take care of the flood I used Typhlosion's Sunny Day. Not... my brightest idea, apparently..."
