I have a good idea that I would like to try, but there are a couple of notes to take into account:

[ Idea ]
The Boss Power (Male & Female Spankers / Femboy)
Martin (Me) it's a 20 year old young boy with hopes of having a bright better future. His family is nothing special, but they knew how to teach him good manners, he is respectful with adults and nice with his mates. Like any other person of his age, he goes to university to some day have an amazing job, but for now he is fine working at some other place to be able to live by his own until he finishes his studies. Some long years awaits in front of him, but he needs to be patient.
Currently, Martin got a job working at some boring offices, you know... Just a secretary. It was hard for him to get this job, but after months of trying and trying he finally got inside here.
There are two persons that are as important as him in this story: The boss and his wife. (You would be both of them)
A little detail that we haven't yet said about Martin it's that he is pretty femenine, he has the look and the manners of a girl. It's pretty normal that people confuse him with a girl the first time they see him, but at this point it's just a funny thing that happens almost every time. For some it's funny and natural... For his boss it's exciting.
The boss absolutely loves a sissy girly boy like him, he dies to bully the fuck out of him, to show him how a real masculine man acts like. It's like the femenine part of Martin was decided by mother nature, that his destiny is to be crushed under a real man's feet. And you know who would love to see that? The boss's wife. What's the idea?
Boss's wife is always around at the office just looking at stuff, she is going to "accidentally" make Martin get a boner, and then act like she have found that by surprise! She would send the boy to the Boss to fix this whole situation, and the boss is going to come up with a solution (That was also part of the plan beforehand): This sissy boy is going to get a good old embarrassing spanking in front of his wife and then apologize to her.
What happens next?
