I was wondering if we can improve the search engine, for the gallery.

Yesterday, I was trying to search for Pan...as in a frying pan. I wasn't surprised to see the results also having DBZ pictures, with Pan in it....I kinda expected it. But when I also have to sift through results that contain the words sPANk, sPANking, sPANked, sPANkee, sPANker, PANties, PANts, etc...it gets frustrating!

Some results were included, just because they were posted or commented on, by a user(s) whose name(s) had 'p-a-n' in their name! It'd be like somebody searching for "Hero" and getting every picture I posted or commented on, even if it had nothing to do with a hero, because it's part of my user name.

I tried the advanced search, but as far as I could see, it could only help with the problem with usernames being included. But the first problem, is still there.

I'm not saying we need a new, super search engine for the gallery. Just something with options like... "whole world only", "and not"...things like that.

there isnt a search engine out there that could differentiate based on such a common word, about the only way you could limit your results is by limiting the search to one section..

I know a word like 'pan' is usually too short for a search engine...that was just an example. I'm sure it'd happen with longer words too.
