I'm not sure if this applies to your criteria or not, but there are two (free) games I've been playing lately made by BarbarianBabes, Spank18 and Spank18: Detention. Accordingly, that game developer also has another game "Spank 18: Swimming Lessons" but that game can only be accessed by paying at their website, or through an online game site (like "Steam"), which again means you have to pay for it.
There is also a DemonGirl: Showcase which is a take on the simplified game (DemonGirl), but adds more detail, and removes the whole game concept. However, that game was produced in 2017, so it might not be that new to you.
Really I never understood the whole game concept of trying to avoid having something like sex, or a spanking, if that's exactly what honest to goodness horndogs want to see! More often than not, I'd play the game and look to lose in the worst way possible, because inevitably, they always try to put you in the role of the girl, and to win, you have to avoid such obstacles.
